In this video, I tell you about how we spent each day and talk about some of the benefits of staying in The Haven, Norwegian’s exclusive VIP area of the ship. It more than doubles the price of the cruise to stay in The Haven, but for affluent travelers it’s a fantastic way to upgrade your cruise to a more luxurious, pampered, un-crowded experience.
A highlight of our cruise was our shore excursion to Las Caletas beach in Puerto Vallarta. The “Las Caletas Hideaway” excursion is a favorite of ours, which we have done on several previous cruises.
A high point in the video features beautiful views from the ship as we arrived at sunrise to Mazatlan, Mexico. This sequence is set to music, and shows the gorgeous scene that most passengers slept through that morning.
