While I don't think these restaurants are holding good standards, I can imagine that Gordon's presence significantly increases the number of complaints, specifcally from people that just want to get onto the show.
I sent some gumbo back at 13:22 a favorite restaurant & told them i thought something was wrong with the shrimp. Owner stopped me at the door, thanked me. Said she had tasted it & it was bad. She said i don't understand it. We've been serving it all day & you're the only person that told us.

Black Pearl was two of the stupidest, ego headed jerks ever. Only the third owner gave a damn. Sand is NOT edible dumb prick!!! Cleaning them is part of the process to remove the inedible sand. Force that jerk to eat his own sand.

Dear Kitchen Nightmares. Why do you make different double and triple episode compilations, when you have playlists that contain compilations of individual episodes according to your desired idea? It's really annoying when I just want to watch all the episodes and never know ahead of time if any of the "Double Full Episodes" or "Triple Full Episodes" videos have any episodes that I haven't already watched from your older releases. I understand that you old people are just doing something – which makes no sense. I should probably come over to your office and shout with a red face and mouth foaming at the mouth how f**** s***d you are for publishing everything a hundred times separately as individual episodes, combinations of episodes and trailers of a couple of minutes!!! *** me! I am d**!!! Don't b***s** me! Same Nightmares over and over again…

My Son is a Chef (and is actually really GOOD) 😂. And we owned successful restraunts and a large catering Company that he was raised in. When I hear a server say "NOT A PROBLEM" ,"NO WORRIES", or any derivitive of that bullshit when seating, taking an order, delivery, or delivering the bill, it makes me absolutely cringe. It's BEYOND janky. ICK. Say "Thank You", "You're very welcome", "How else may I help you"? It's a HOSPITALITY industry, and YOU are not doing the diners a favor…THEY are paying your bills and feeing your Family's, you asshats! Hospitality is NOT for everybody. COOKING is definitely NOT for everybody. Take pride in what you do.

It BOGGLES my mind that these owners, chefs, staff etc, know they're going under without serious help, so the actual best chef in the world comes to help in practical, esthetic, functional, financial and tough loving ways and yet, SO MANY OF THEM say he is FULL OF B.S. ; that their food is good !!! Either that part is hyped for viewership, or these owners & staff are some of THE MOST ARROGANT, ENTITLED, RUDE & DELUSIONAL PEOPLE ON THE PLANET. Some are humble but still, it just seems ppl are not born with any appreciation, class, common sense or work ethic anymore. And these are grown adults. Gordon's patience and compassion and confidence are second to none. I wouldn't have anything but reverence for him taking time out to come and teach and help me. I hope some apologize for their presumptive behavior later on.❤❤😢😮😮😊
