Love the property its perfect size! But does furnished mean your stuck with all thecstuff in the garage ?? Lol has lots of potential, furniture would do to get settled, after that think a lot would have to go. Basic structure and layout gives a lot to work with. Think garage becomes outdoor party space! But think if possible ? Maybevits group decision but yellow arch way has to go!

You guys make me smile when I see you presenting these properties. I think you found another great property. I love it, not all the furniture is to my liking but I’d rather have furniture than an empty space. Important to know that only in the southern Italy properties with 20,000 or less residents is where you get the 7% fixed tax break for 9 or 10 years. That’s a real plus. Yes, the $38,000 property is a steal. I think I remember you mentioning the Carolinas as your home state??? Maybe where you grew up? I don’t know. Thank you for a great video.

Every Friday night we put our kid to bed and wander around Italy with the two of you while splitting a bottle of vino. We lived in Piedmont for a year several years ago and hope to someday own a property in Italy. Thanks for the laughs, fun, and dreaming after a long week!

Another great one. I like many things about it. We will be in that area in June, not sure how far from it. Love the pomegranate tree and garden/ terrace. Much opportunity for expansion, too. Great deal. Congrats to the couple who bought their new place!
Is the 1700 sq ft for this house include the rooms that need rennovation that weren't shown?
I was late to the viewing after getting an ulcer doing my taxes. But I finally made it. Really nice place. The furniture in the bedrooms is unbelievable. Ok, best golf joke (imagine Craig Ferguson telling it so you get the ascent).

Furniture is a bit stiff & formal for me. Can always take to a shop & maybe trade? Lots of flea markets, antique stores, etc! I loved that Todi property that Dwayne & Donna bought. Considered it myself!!!

I got my husband to watch this latest one in Piedmont and he said “SOLD! Buy it! “😊 We have been focused on Abruzzo and Molise regions, (because of developing friends there, as well as family roots), but we like the temperate climate where this area is.
