You always need a fizzy cocktail to ring in the new year, and this is one of our favorites that we always order in Italy: a Sbagliato. With Campari, Vermouth, Prosecco and bitters, it’s a really well-balanced cocktail that’s perfectly bitter and sweet at once – not to mention, it only takes 20 seconds to whip up. Those are the makings for a pretty great New Year’s Eve cocktail, if you ask us!
