It would be wedding soup, not spaghetti and meatballs.
One of the first times my girlfriend (now wife) ate at my parents, i told her we were having manicotti. She didnt know what it was, so i described it to her: a large pasta tube stuffed with meat/cheese/etc, then covered in sauce and cheese and baked.
She replied
"…so an italian enchilada?"

Tomatoes are a fruit. Pasta sauce and ketchup are both made from tomatoes. Smoothies contain fruits. So you can make a pasta sauce smoothie as well as a ketchup smoothie. Smoothies contain either fruits or vegetables or both. Chips are made from potatoes, which are a vegetable. So Chips with ketchup can count as a smoothie.
