What a splendid property! The landscape is exquisite and very Tuscan…so lovely.
Beautiful home in a gorgeous location, but too many scary cracks in the walls.
That house has serious problems on some of those walls with cracks to both sides of the room. Cause by movement. Does it have subsidence.
If it was renovated properly and the walls were not cracked ok but 2.2 millions is really not justified at all way over priced.
Maggior renovations to be done plusd what you cant see.
Unbelievable unreasonable price. Vaia vai ๐
