This easy and simply delicious pasta is named for the famous Italian opera singer, Enrico Caruso, who created it. It is made with San Marzano tomatoes, mushrooms, peas, onions, and an addition of chicken liver. Always a family favorite, It makes ME want to sing! And I share the secret of choosing the correct pasta shape and cooking it perfectly every time. 1. I’ve never been a big fan of chicken livers but this looks fantastic! Leave it to you, Lidia! 👍👍😘

  2. Almost forgot! If you get a chance, go and see the movie Cabrini. It's about the italian immigrants at the turn of the 20th century. Powerful!

  3. I still cannot believe that she has the WORST knife skills ever!! PLEASE someone teach her!

  4. Anything this Lady makes turns delicious ❤. Lídia, you gotta go to the Bexiga in São Paulo City, Brazil. It’s an Italian neighborhood. Also, Quiririm, 1:20 min East of São Paulo City. There is an Italian museum and a robust Italian community. Next month there will be the Food Festival… it is amazing, tons of pasta and sauces. One can find every single Italian food over there.

  5. Thank you for the video. Personally I have to substitute the liver for another meat because I don't eat any animal organs. Every time I try them & it doesn't matter what it is they just doesn't taste right to me for some reason.

  6. I love chicken livers, but I like the best and cleanest, so I buy organic chicken livers by themselves in a container. There are only i small liver in a single chicken. They also freeze well, so I use half a container for a dish. I like them simply fried with a ton of onions till caramelized, and it's simply delicious. I have never tried livers in a pasta dish, but this looks delicious Lidia, as😊 always. Thank you!🍝🍷

  7. While I respect what you ask about the spaghetti not to break it.When you have small children breaking it is necessary. It makes cutting it a lot easier last time.Thank you
