Fromage Blanc (must eat when in Paris) with honey, muesli, and dried or fresh fruit.
Egg and Kale Souffle: 2 eggs per container, kale (well chopped), salt, pepper, and French butter
Brussel Sprouts: Chop onions and garlic. Cut brussel sprouts into halves and remove and separate the leaves. Saute garlic then onions with butter in hot cast iron pan. Add brussel sprouts then season with salt, pepper, Herbes de Provence, and a little garlic powder.
