Assassin spaghetti forget everything you know about cooking pasta this spaghetti is a real killer into a large Skillet goes some olive oil then I’m going to infuse the olive oil with some garlic and crushed red pepper this is why it’s called Assassin spaghetti you want to

Get this nice and hot but you don’t want the garlic to burn put your pasta down are youall happy I didn’t break the pasta Ladle over some sauce just makeing sure I’m doing it right you just cook it till it’s like flexible and then we’re going to keep

Adding in some tomato puree and salted water and now just continues to cook until the pasta is at the right texture you can hear the crackle and the pop so we know it’s time to flip add a little more water and then just cook until it’s done here goes

Nothing woo M kill me that is deadly you want to taste it sure come on don’t die ch cany

  1. Looks so delicious. But I think I like to do Posture the old fashion way and boil it and then Service sauce on top. It’s just a classic.

  2. Wouldn’t it be starchy when you do it that way? I like to boil the pasta as usual and rinse a bit then drain.

  3. The assassina is not hot pasta with all that pepper 🌶
It is cooked so that the sauce gets thick and it slightly burns
The taste is intense but not piquant or moderately so

  4. Or you could just aide the the pasta and let it finish in a bath of the sauce like normal. I’m bothered by the sizzling/burning sauce. Does it actually taste different somehow?
