With good reason hummingbirds signify hope and abundance and seeing one brings good love luck now here’s a fun fact the pansies are made from 2,000 fresh cut Carnations the central element is a royal purple teapot embossed with gold pouring that soothing lavender tea into a cup this too has a diarama tucked inside it a Charming bird’s nest carrying on the theme four varieties of purple flowers formed the frame for the scene not only lavender but wiera pansies and

Cleverly they integrate the green plants and vines with the flowers the use of rocks moss and even shrubs in the layout and who could miss those over-the-top Mega sized man-made blossoms plus every one of the four beds has a water feature and when you’re in here the sound of water is even more
Noticeable than the lovely soundtrack by the way we are big fans of the Mist and fog last but never least we’ll take a look at the West bed as revealed from the walkway this scene is inspired by rose hip te and has a Whimsical dreamlike quality about It in the center of the bed is a 30ft tall balloon embellished with fabric flowers and in a fun twist instead of a basket it’s a flowery teacup hot air balloons symbolize the pursuit of dreams and Adventure notice this little girl riding on the Crescent Moon she is deep in

Suites from the condos is What’s called the sky Lobby up on the 23rd floor now that wall sure makes a statement what do you think until a few months ago this was the check-in desk for the Hotel since she was a little early for her reservation our Intrepid camera gal was drawn by these lovely Tablescapes and then found a hallway lined with yellow roses that just beckoned her to follow it back here is what was once listed among the world’s 50 best restaurants a 74 seat French beastro called twist it opened with the Mandarin Oriental back in 2009 but it’s been closed for several

Enjoying the whole thing all right we’ve made you wait long enough I’m sure you want to see that view of the Las Vegas Strip from 23 floors up to the east down there is the boulevard project under construction we talked about that a couple weeks ago there’s the the strip Harmon corner and
It looks like arya’s Marquee is getting a makeover and to our left Veer towers and City Center I’ll tell you what my friends we could stand here all day long all right time for a warm scone I have two plain and blueberry so the age-old question do you
Put the clotted cream on first do you put the jam on first I think I’m going to go for the clotted cream and then I’m going to put some jam on top of that oo this looks wonderful strawberry raspberry we shall find out raspberry is the winner M Corum umbly fresh made
Warm wonderful scone or as you say in Britain gone fantastic Good chances are I will finish this whole pot of tea and might even ask for more so the sitting is actually 2 hours my reservation was at 2:00 p.m. and I actually can sit here till four if I so choose and just sit te and look out the
Window now as far as you are concerned it is time to look at desserts oh my goodness I have four of them I don’t have to share them with anyone all right they told me at the time what these all were I’ll just have to put them in the caption uh off the
Menu because of course I don’t remember um this one looks like maybe a brown sugar cinnamon thing that’s a winner let me have a bite it’s a cream puff oh my gosh that’s so good cold delicious powdered sugar outside it’s probably all over my face that’s wonderful now this one I’m
Guessing it has lemons on the top of it what do you say it’s Lemon Let’s have a bite it’s got a soft Center lovely lemony tartness oh that’s good that is so good you know me and lemon let me cleanse my my palette with a little tea because there are two
More this one I’m not sure it’s got a little red on it so maybe there’s a berry or something going on in here looks like a macaron I’m not sure that’s wonderful white chocolate on top m I have to eat that little bite that is incredibly good I love them
All it’s like being at the buffet except they bring it to you all right one more this one definitely looks chocolatey or maybe little coffee flavor I’m not sure let’s have a bite wow there’s something surprising in there maybe it’s banana that’s great you guys decadent absolutely decadent
Fantastic so good and the service is so impeccable it’s going to be worth every penny I don’t have the bill yet I don’t even care this is so good yum well hi isn’t this cozy and different I got myself a cup of tea I got my pansies I’m
All on theme today I even have my little teacup on my lapel so first of all two things I have to apologize for I was in a really weird hunched over position there at the tea Lounge because the table was very low like coffee table height and it was very difficult to
Actually be looking in the camera and talking to you so sorry for the hunched over thing and secondly I didn’t have anything to refer to with regard to to what I was eating so there were a whole lot of guesses there that were obviously clearly wrong but my wonderful editor Mr
Dale put those in captions below so you saw what they were actually made of he send his regards by the way he is behind the camera today since we’re in this unusual gardeny spot anyway I hope you really enjoyed the tea Lounge I did and
I think I would go back again with a lady friend so in fact let me mention this was not my first afternoon tea it was my first one in Vegas but not the first I’ve ever been to uh several years ago when I went to Scotland for the
First time I had afternoon tea in the beautiful Signet library in Edinburgh on the Royal mile just put a couple photos in about that because it was so beautiful speaking of beautiful what about that Conservatory you guys was it not gorgeous I love love tea and tulips
It’s one of my all-time favorites I always love the spring one anyway but introduce tea and all those flowers it’s just warms my heart I do want to say not a lot of tulips blooming quite yet there were a lot of blue of of tulips in the
In the pots but they were mostly buds so it’s a good reason to go back again a second time right I definitely will anyway that’s all the chatter I have for today so let me just paraphrase Dale’s words we hope you had a good time and we

That would be an amazing Bellagio Conservatory to see!!! So sad we missed it by a few weeks!!! But high tea has always been on my bucket list too and the price of the one you went to at Waldorf Astoria actually didnโt seem that bad at all!!!! It looked like something I would definitely want to do there โค I drink tea, but Scott drinks coffee, so heโs wondering if they would bring out coffee as well; would be interesting to find out ๐
thank you very much for letting us to know and I have a question, is this just for spring ? if yes till when we have time to go there and see it.๐๐
Thanks for the tour.
Beautiful video! Love and appreciate you guys!!!

Thanks for this great video.
D&Pโค๐๐Happy Spring๐I would love to take my daughter & mom to the conservatory & Tea date. Thank you for this beautiful tour friends. You rock. Paula did a fantastic job filming at the Waldorf i loved hearing her descriptionof the food and walking around the property seeing all the gorgeous flowers and art. Dale's voice is so soothing describing the conservatory and Waldorf. Have a wonderful week everyone๐
What a lovely video. Thank you, as always, for such a thorough view of the Waldorf.
Great video! You had your scone โDevon styleโ, which is putting the cream on first, then jam. The โCornwall styleโ is jam first, then cream. Just for the record – Devon style is best! ๐
Hi Paula . The tea service looked great. Iโve never been in the Waldorf but itโs on my list . Iโll be staying at Bellagio in late April so will definitely check out the Conservatory. The spring version is my favorite as well . Enjoyed the video ๐๐๐
I absolutely love the videos these two make. This video was well put together and gave me a great idea on my next trip, cant wait to visit this tea room THANKS like always to your great videos. Stay well ๐๐peace
Loved this!!!๐ซโ๏ธโค๏ธ
Glad to see you made it to tea at the Waldorf!
Oh Dale and Paula!! This was a fabulous favorite to watch, I too love hot tea, Iced as well, but that Bellagio conservatory was delightful. Loved it!! But the afternoon tea at the Waldorf was out of this world lovely , hefty price Yikes $64.00. But as a special occasion save up! Beautiful and you're just gorgeous Paula sweet and refined, lovely to watch. Thoroughly enjoyed today's post! Thank you both so much!!! ๐๐๐ Happy EASTER! ๐
What a beautiful display! I love Teapots and cups. Such creativity! Thanks for the visit.
Thank you for the update on Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas. I had no idea that they had remodeled the ground floor and brought reception down there. It's been over a year since I last set foot in Waldorf Astoria. I mean, in the whole grand scheme of things, it's not a big deal. But I like to know what's happening and like to avoid being surprised and being thrown off by changes that I was unaware of.
What a blast from the past!!! I had high tea at the Mandarin Oriental, back in 2011! Canโt wait to see the renovation!!!!
Cute
I've always wanted to do the tea there, so I really enjoyed this. I've always wanted to stay there too – but doing the tea is probably the most likely ๐ Another great vlog!
Loved the video and have also been there for afternoon teaโฆ what an experience โค
Love this! โค
This was the most excellent video that Iโve seen on the tea at Waldorf Astoria. Also appreciate all the details shown in the conservatory. Happy Spring to you both! ๐ท
Paula, your matching snowdrop pin and earrings are fantastic!! They're the only thing blooming in Montana right now.
So good
Stunning this time. Do you know what they do with all the pieces each time they change the display over?
The Bellagio conservatory raises the bar every season, it looks magnificent.
Paula made me jealous when she went to the Waldorf Astoria, I really want to stay there
Thank you so much for a wonderful video. This is absolutely gorgeous. I have never been there during this time. I would love to have tea with Paula. Till next time
Thatโs incredible & Iโm helping with a TeaParty for a teens bday party. Tea is suddenly popular & I can tell you, I wasnโt thinking of tea at 16. Lol๐. The detail is fantastic at the Bellagio & your scones looked wonderful. ๐๐ซโ.
Great video one of the best ones. Really made think of my late Mother she would have love it. Thank Paula and you for all you show us
Thank you Dale and Paula for this video! Please consider posting a review of the Peppermill Fireside Lounge in the future. Thanks!
๐๐
Another great video from the two of you, that was a wonderful afternoon tea, thanks for all the wonderful videos.
Gotta love checking things off the ol bucket list.
Love the white outfit!!
Beautiful gardens and tea
The Conservatory display is spectacular as usual. The attention to detail is amazing. I stopped saying that each display is my favorite. Each time they outdo themselves. Thanks for showing this beauty to us.
The spring exhibition at the Bellagio Conservatory looks something straight out of a "Alice in Wonderland" chapter with the teapots.
Thank you for the great video! Afternoon tea is such an amazing opportunity to relax and enjoy luxe treats, sandwiches and scones. Itโs one of my fave things to do! Recently went to England and experienced afternoon tea on a few occasions. So enjoyable! We will try the Waldorf when next in Las Vegasโฆ.Thanks Paula! ๐
Love your video Paula! ๐ Bet u felt very elegant .. you looked it !!
Loved this episode
Love that you show all seasons of the Conservatory. Thanks Dale and Paula๐๐ฅฐ
