Uh this fantastic group of students and their teacher for workshop mr paretos libraral it has been a very intense two weeks in which the students were able to learn a lot of italian gastronomic culture and they visited some of the most beautiful places of our territory near the city of brazil

When i came when i come i arrive in the school is like a family is a really professional school it’s a high level teaching school but it’s like a natural selection of people that come inside here doesn’t matter it’s not we’re not talking about chef pastry chef we’re talking about all
The people working in castalimente downstairs reception ladies and guys that work in the office so it’s like a natural selection of people that love this job humility you know like all time dedicated so what we did in this week what i tried to do in this week that i
Was teaching you like italian food it was not only just a matter of italian recipe because we can close all italian cuisine in one week as i mean we can talk about pasta for one year if you want we just give you a little taste of italian foodies
But i wanted to tell you what you know is supposed to be your job as a santoro the director say be hungry be curious to you know travel go around restaurant and many different kitchen work with many different chefs you will see that the pasta pomodoro from 10
Different chef will be 10 different pasta they have to be good you choose the one that you like and make it yours we make a game remember with the 50 bill 50 50 euro bill so it doesn’t matter if you if you stay still on the table if you
Crash it if you put on the ground you’re going to fit on there’s a volume and the volume that never changes so it doesn’t matter what will happen to your life this job is tough it’s not easy it’s not for everybody but if you love it if you like it

It’s what we call it is just to say we’re going to see you back and we have reasons okay i’m sure you all know why you all are here for you came here for two weeks because you’re curious and this was something we created a wonderful relationship with workshop
Your school where you represent and it was a foundation it was something an exposure for all of you and tomorrow we allow other students from waksha to expose you to the culinary global world and if you see definitely we call that italian gastronomy could be indian gastronomy or whatever
It is i would love to see personally a global chef not anymore one sort of cuisine and that’s world is looking for so we will show you a little door we are going to open for you and this door is going to something convert into
Like say to window to a door and that’s bigger and bigger world is waiting for you so let’s start with something we call it a journey this two weeks are great tool for you to decide like mr vittorio said chef ricardo and chef matthew
What we have given you is a just a pilot is we call it an italian pilot these are pills but somewhere you are going to decide you all hail from a good family and i believe your family have invested on you the time energy money to make you into a person
Love yourself which i have told many of you during these days really love yourself by loving yourself i’m sure you’re going to love everything what is around you don’t be a son of someone this is my personal opinion i was born happily in india i come from
A great family but i’ve learned by being abroad that you really start loving yourself and you become a person of your own family is there they’re always there with you so let’s start with that way whatever you have invested in two weeks here you have one more year to still finish in workshop
And after that and in between that start projecting for tomorrow because workshop will finish very soon 12 months fly away you’re going to have industrial experience in india grab it it’s going to help you out you have a great chance jesus this is a presentation which i will be sharing with mr paritos
And it will share with you to the link so this is all about the cast and what we want to offer you a great program called advance level program it’s a one-year program if you choose to join us it’ll be conducted in the month of september so i believe
You all finish by june correct so you have a time you can choose to join us in the month of september in 2023 it’s an international project which has been designed where all international students come and they join so it’s a one batch a year and this badge is conducted totally in english
Our target is not to treat you as foreigners you come here you’re part of us so this is very important that during that four months when you are with us we teach you even italian we prepare you everything inside the school before we give you an internship so this program
It’s an advanced level it’s a bit of literature what is it about so we always start with an eligibility your great eligibility is that you are part of workshop you have a culinary diploma from your school you’re 18 years and above everybody speaks english we don’t want you to have ielts
We really don’t care for simple reason because we trust you as a professional people we treat you as person so your motivation is for us very important and that’s why you chose to be here with us so this is one reason we are not really looking for marks
We want you to be successful you pass nicely from your school because your achievements not us so that’s very important for us language will teach you we don’t expect you to learn already the italian cuisine because that’s why you are joining us and we are going to teach you and we are
Very sure of our program so in four months in italy i’m going to learn everything in two weeks i think you have learned a bit of everything correct we’re opening doors of opportunity you’re going to learn about italian cuisine you’re going to learn about the italian pastry you’re going to learn
About italian bakery you’re going to learn about the italian gelato all this is creating a wonderful 360 degree you have recently heard there is a shortage of manpower in hospitality industry you have to cover that up by being versatile there’s no point just specializing in one thing only today
Because i believe tomorrow you are a great business people you are a great entrepreneurs and as a leader you should know everything because in this program we are going to give you two internship and that is applicable only for international students we give you two internships of four
Months each so your stay with us is for 12 months very important for us because in this four months we’re going to put you into different parts of italy in regions and you know where you are it’s only lombardia that’s only one part of italy imagine if you’re going to another part of
Region or italy it’s going to change everything so by the time you finish your time with us you have gained a great knowledge great experience language and you have become part of the global now from here you have a choice it depends how much you are still motivated
Cast diploma can gives you a great hands-on skill but to become an entrepreneur we need something more it’s called management we need skills to be a leader we need skills to be an entrepreneur so that is very important that i learn also that if i’m motivated that’s reason cast has joined hands with
A great institution hdmi in switzerland and being a diploma of the cause imagine how much value you are getting in switzerland the bsc culinary degree program of hdmi is of three years and this three years program you having a diploma of caste you have credit of 24 months that means two years
You’re going directly to the third year of hdmi in switzerland in one year program of hdmi i have six months in school and six months of internship in switzerland six months when i’m in switzerland what am i going to learn only about management marketing and entrepreneurships i go into six months internship in
Switzerland and which is a paid internship in switzerland so one year in italy one year in switzerland i’ve opened my door for everybody this is an opportunity of jobs only through carrier center of hdmi i’m sure you see on the screen there’s a great branch of the world
And they are all looking for chefs i’m talking about every sort of chef from pastry to hot kitchen to anything this is partner of cast is an alpium which is called fine dining restaurant and they are in middle east new york london hong kong and they are keeping on opening up
They do on premises the selection of the students the top student they select you have a choice to join them on a management trainee level or you join them as a job and they pick it up the best students from the cast you have all the cards there
You have a great opportunity through hdmi you have a great opportunity through the cast because our alumni are always alumni and similarly this is lpm world a great opportunity our partner of cars is in sorrentino’s restaurant which is in alberta in canada so it’s a fine dining restaurant they have
Seven to eight restaurants italian restaurants these people and they pick up our students similarly we have a partnership with gordon charles who is a london-based recruitment company they take our best students hire them for the different positions they have in the world great branded hotels so these are few of them only
Today we have a contract which is coming up with the hosco everybody knows it it’s another great platform of the jobs opportunity in the world but they are all picking up the cast students the scope is not this the scope is that tomorrow you travel the world
You take this opportunity for three four years and by the time you’re 25 26 you have set up your own business and there we come on in your picture again because the cast has a group which is called custom praiser so if you have a business plan
I’m sure you know all is incomplete without tools and equipments or ingredients being an alumni you have a really the class of joining this appraiser so in that appraiser they come all the big partners corporate partners of caste they guide you with your business plan in any part of the world

Great questions and i ask your age for a reason okay like i said your plan should be a five years plan a great business plan needs time so this five years what does it mean to me investing my energy versus learning traveling and experience because that really determines
What is going to be my business plan because more you travel you will see hundreds of things you will be changing every day but if you establish a business definitely it has to be very concrete the moment you lay a business plan to the cast impreza
What comes is the all i don’t know did you see on our website all these our corporate partners you have seen all these equipments around the best of best technologies there now imagine these technologies how much is going to enhance your working space without this doesn’t work anything great business plan based on
The piece of paper it has to be realized and these are the people who are the market masters they come in the picture with really where you wherever you are designing this business plan we go with the equipments you need it they come in the favor to you you will need really ingredients
Definitely if it’s an italian-based restaurant you will need the best of best ingredients you know that these are the people who will be your suppliers these two things create a product which you will be delivering to your customer definitely there are corporate prizes definitely there being an alumni of cost
There are concessions and different way of optics working for you so you really just say it’s a concessions which will be applied being buying a cast student so this is not a favor but it’s about giving a value to the person who has passed out from cars we know exactly and our partners

Like if we want to join it like do we tell me join in 2024 or how does it you have to finish your workshop yes absolutely your program if it’s a four year or is it three years because i know there’s a program which is also of three years
So i was under the impression that is the three years program but if you have chosen your four years the door is always open forecast okay so it will be like next to like if you want to join suppose we want to pursue the course so we take it up
After like our course is done yes it’s advisable for simple reason because if you have chosen your four years program you have to complete that and we need that reference letter from the workshop yes of your course so three years or four years that’s fine that will be it’s a matter of time
Be patient that’s very important don’t rush if something is happening because it’s happening for a good that’s for sure so wait for it you’re always we will not forget you you’re in our database and even we forget you have an award scan it and send it to

Please uh so you spoke about the different courses that cast has to offer to us um is it possible to get an insight on the diploma courses that you have for pastry and bakery okay uh one thing we have courses one is the one i’ve shown you is the course for international students
Then there are courses which are really focused on pastry or on the italian cuisine everything but for that you need to have the language and i need at least b1 b2 level of italian language is open for everybody since that the time of delivery of that program is totally is in italian
Because it’s a mixed patch with other italian students so we want to make sure that you’re on the same level of understanding the knowledge when we our chef is going to be delivering it to you so that language is very much important that time if you feel that in this span of time
You can learn a language please go ahead you can do that online there are many schools now even in india they’re teaching you italian language italian chamber of commerce they have a language and they give you levels also which is in mumbai you can do that but we need that
Only to make sure not because there’s a piece of paper but i want to make sure that you are really empowered with other italian students for that thing i will share that syllabus what you can learn in both the programs with you online through the separate push okay thank you
