Dinner Menu & Food in the Sapphire Main Dining Room
This was the first time we tried Royal Caribbean Main Dining Menu based on different themes such as American, French, Caribbean, Italian, Mexican and Chinese. The Chili Lime Salmon, Jerk Spiced Pork Chops, Seafood Linguine and braised lamb are some of the entree dishes that we liked. Service was very good and we did not have to wait too long to be served.
The buffet dinner featured the same theme each night but the food selection was slightly different from the main dining menu. It had more grilled food and featured more live cooking stations such as cook to order pasta, quesadilla, jerk chicken and jerk pork wrap and a crepe station. It also offered more fast food type of dishes like burgers, french fries and fried chicken.
