MASTERCHEF MUMMY KI RECIPES
ROTI POHA UPMA
• To make roti ka poha, break the rotis into small pieces. (You can also grind it coarsely in a mixer To Make Roti Upma.)
• After that chop the onion and green chili too finely.
• When oil is hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and asafoetida.
• When the cumin seeds are light brown, add curry leaves, green chili, groundnuts, and onions and fry them till the onion becomes light brown. Keep the flame on medium.
• When onion becomes light brown then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, acoriander powder, and stir it with a spoon.
• Now add finely coarsely roti, sugar, and lemon juice and mix it with all the spices.
• Now sprinkle a little water over it.
• Then cover it for 2 to 3 minutes and let it cook on low flame.
ROTI TACOS
• Firstly, take leftover roti and spread 1 tsp tomato sauce.
• Now place a slice of cheese.
• Top with 2 tbsp prepared veggies and 1 tbsp schewan sauce.
• Fold half and toast on low to medium flame until the tacos turn crispy.
ROTI BURRITO
• Firstly take two leftover rotis, and place them in a way that is overlapping.
• Spread the stuffing of chopped vegetables.
• Spread a layer of mayonnaise.
• Spread a layer of schezwan sauce.
• Spread some paneer and sweet corn.
• Wrap it from all four sides and toast it in the pan.
ROTI SANDWICH
• Take leftover roti and spread ½ tsp green chutney and ½ tsp of mayo on it.
• Grate the cheese generously covering the roti.
• Now on one half spread in the prepared vegetable stuffing.
• Cut one side of it and fold the roti and press gently without squeezing out the stuffing.
• Toast the roti sandwich on medium hot tawa.
ROTI ROLLS
• Take one roti on a plate and spread 2 teaspoons of chutney.
• Add warm potato stuffing in the center.
• Top with prepared salad and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
• Make a roll and keep one side open. Secure the top with toothpick, so it stays intact.
ROTI PIZZA
• Firstly, heat tawa with ½ tsp butter. you can alternatively bake in an oven.
• Once the butter melts, warm chapati/roti slightly.
• Now turn off the flame and spread 4 tsp pizza sauce.
• Further top with capsicum, onion, sweet corn and paneer.
• Also spread ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
• Further sprinkle ¼ tsp chilli flakes and ¼ tsp mixed herbs.
• Now cover and simmer for 3 minutes or till cheese melts completely.
ROTI NOODLES
• Firstly, take 5 chapati and roll tight.
• Cut into thin strip forming noodles.
• Separate the chapati strips and keep aside.
• Now in a large kadai heat 3 tsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic and 1 green chilli.
• Also, saute ¼ onion and 2 tbsp spring onion.
• Further add ½ carrot, ½ cup cabbage and ½ capsicum.
• Sauté slightly till the vegetables shrink.
• Now add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce and ¼ tsp salt and black pepper.
• Mix well.
• Further, add prepared chapati strips, 2 tbsp spring onions and mix gently.
ROTI PANCAKE
• Take 2-3 rotis
• Cut them in four pieces.
• Spead chocolate syrup and top it with banana.
• Make 4-5 layers of roti in this way.
ROTI LADDU
• Firstly, take 7 leftover roti and roast on low flame until it turns crips.
• Break into pieces and transfer to a mixi.
• Blend to a coarse powder.
• Now in a pan heat 3 tbsp ghee and roast 2 tbsp raisins, 2 tbsp cashew and 2 tbsp almond.
• Roast on low flame until it turns golden brown.
• Transfer the roasted nuts over roti powder and mix forming a moist mixture.
• In a pan take ¼ cup jaggery, 2 tbsp water.
• Stir and dissolve the jaggery keeping the flame on medium.
• Pour the jaggery mixture over roti mixture and mix well.
• Also, add ¼ cup mawa and ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
• Finally, prepare a round-shaped ball and enjoy roti laddu for a week when refrigerated.

We will eat Breakfast, Lunch and dinner from outside today. Yeah! amazing! Sounds like you guys came up with a brilliant idea. Isn’t it? So what do you say mom, shall we order? No! Not at all. Why not. Yes, why not?
You guys eat a lot of unhealthy food. Now you will, I only, get homemade Roti. Okay? Alright, mom. Want to eat outside food. Mom just flopped our whole plan. Yes, man. Why are you laughing? I have an idea. What? Amazing! What will you have in breakfast, Aayu-Pihu? I’ll have poha, I’ll have upma. Alright! Hold on for a minute. What did you tell us about eating Rotis the whole day? Isn’t it? Ya so? So, I will eat roti upma and Aayu will have poha made out of roti.
We will eat roti for lunch! No, we’ll have roti the whole day as you said earlier. And one should always obey their mom. Alright! so this is your new way to give me trouble. How are we troubling? You only told us, to eat homemade Rotis today.
If you don’t want to make it, we can always order it from outside. Yes! I don’t have any issue with that. No need! I accept the challenge, that you gave me. I’ll cook. Okay! good luck! Hey Aayu, mom accepted the challenge. Don’t worry sister, let’s wait and watch.

Aayu’s roti poha and Pihu’s roti upma! ‘Bont Apateet!’ What? Its Bon-appetite, there’s nothing called ‘bont apateet’. Yeah! Enjoy! Yes! It looks really tempting, sister. Yes Aayu, I felt hungry just by looking at it. Let’s eat this for now sister, we will give her something much more difficult to cook for lunch. Yeah! It’s really delicious, sister. Yes, it’s really good. Do you want to taste Aayu? yes. Do you want to taste mine? This one is tasty as well. Your poha is good but, my upma is better. Aayu-Pihu, should I make ladyfinger and Rotis for lunch? No! we want to eat Mexican for lunch. Yes! Mexican? Yeah! I will eat a burrito and I will have tacos. Oh man! That too of roti.
I don’t know how to cook all this. Make it. Man, you guys. It is going to be fun now, let’s see how mom cooks. What should I do now? It was easy in the morning, so I cooked it. I have never cooked tacos and burritos before, how will I cook them? I will have to cook because I have accepted the challenge.
Let’s get on with the work, mom. Mom, We are hungry, bring the food quickly. Yes, just two minutes. This is Pihu’s Taco and Aayu’s Burrito. Here it is. This is for Pihu and this is for Aayu. Happy? It’s really tasty. Isn’t it delicious? It’s 6:30, they must be coming back after playing. I’ll prepare their snacks beforehand only. They will get happy too, that their Mom is so smart. Did you guys have fun playing? Yes, it was a lot of fun. What is this? What is this? These are your evening snacks? Evening snacks? What did you make? Sandwich and Roll. This means that you lost. No! Why not, you made a bread sandwich. Roti Roll. And a Bread sandwich. Roti Sandwich.
This is Pihu’s sandwich. And roll for Aayu. Taste it and tell me how it is? It’s delicious. Are you Happy? Enjoy! Sister, Mom made it again. Exactly. Sister, Mom made everything out of Roti. Yes and that to everything so it’s delicious. Yes. But still, dinner is left. Yes sister, we still have a chance to order from the restaurant. Think Aayu, there must be some dish that Mom can’t make out of Roti. Aayu, what are you doing?
Sister, I am thinking. Sister, I am using my brain. Alright, think. Use your brain. Sister. Let’s ask Mom to make noodles and Pizza. Yes Aayu, Mom can’t make that out of Roti. Yes, sister. I’ll go and tell Mom. Mom, we’ll have Pizza and noodles for dinner. OK, Tata, Bye.
What trouble I got myself into. I asked Mom, let’s see what happens. Since morning they have been demanding all kinds of dishes. Let’s get to work. Aayu and Pihu, your dinner is ready, come along. Mom looks upset, I think she couldn’t make it. Looks like mom lost the challenge. Let’s see. Yes. Looks like Mom ordered it from outside. Yes definitely, she must have ordered the food. Roti Noodles. Roti Pizza. Let’s eat it. Here is your dessert. Wow, you made dessert for us as well. Yes! Mom each and every dish was delicious. You’re really a Master chef, thank you, Mom. Alright, now you can decide what do you want to eat. I’ll eat a pancake. Then I’ll eat Laddu. Aayu, How did you like the dessert?
What about you Pihu? Friends, They wanted to eat unhealthy junk food. And I wanted to make them eat Roti. That’s why I did this magic. Which made all of us happy. So friends, what did we learn from today’s video? It’s not necessary that only unhealthy junk food is tasty.
