attending a bona fide italian cooking school was always something we’d dreamed of doing — and 2023 was the year for it.
here’s a compilation of the school, what we cooked/learned and the general vibe.
we can now make pasta from scratch, clean a raw chicken for cooking, and adhere to basic kitchen etiquette!!
