Ben Vito I’m CH Daniel win.com today I’m going to talk about two of the top wines of Tor debate Winery in a britzel and I have Katarina albanesi with me the family that owns and runs the winery to talk about these so here’s your two top ones
Kapat did you say that for me Kapa coapa and mat Mor and Matel yes two mtio deuto wineries from your Winer well first tell me about the vineyard in the production so uh as we mentioned before The Vineyards are also were also planted in 1973 and uh the uh grapes that are used
To make these two wines they all come um they’re all come from the same two hectors so it’s a very small production wow yes two wines two hectors yes uh they’re the same grapes and uh the only difference between these two to wines are uh that when after the fermentation
Happens the first part of the tanks there is more clear or the one is more clear uh that one turns into kachaa uh while the more foggy part the Cloudy part uh will go also into barrels and it will become matur because that wine is kept on the lease for 20 months
Wow and what kind of Oak are they in uh both French O and how how what are the Aging of the French O um the kachapa is uh in a one3 one3 one3 um One new one years old and two years old barrels while Mato is in 100%
New front choke okay because it’s such a powerful wine it needs more of to tame it down but wow so these are really top of the endwi top of the line wines that you’re going to love they have this Rich big body to it full taste uh but yet an
Elegance and a and a freshness to the fruit I mean it’s it’s it’s wines can be complicated and these are complicated wines yes they are and uh but they’re great wines and thanks a lot for coming and you really have to try these wines and add these to your collection e
