This Italian house is like a SPA RESORT!

This week, we’re back with my real estate agent Federico, and we’re touring this move-in ready house in Moncigoli, the village immediately below my home, La Fortezza. It has a large terraced garden, a pool, annex with sauna and accommodation (for friends or you can rent it out on Airbnb), and views to die for! This location overlooking the Apuan Alps is really special and the house is a great purchase.

Today Federico has brought me to the Village right before La Foresta it’s called Moni you’re in a Borgo you’re close to the main highway but you’re sort of offset from the you know your neighbors and this is a house that is for sale it has a swimming pool a so two
