Name so what I am looking at here is a wine made from the peino grape which I’d love to tell you is back with a vengeance but it’s not it’s it’s a way for a winery to show off but it’s a grape that almost disappeared in the
Tamo and the Lila uh regions in the80s um why is it a wine for wineries to show off because it’s fresh it’s fruity it’s Lively it’s got great acidity and it’s one of those wines that just makes your mouth go M this is a two Vineyard blend and The
Vineyards are located in the gr saso and Monte del logo National Park and it is done all in stainless steel to keep it fresh and Lively and wonderful so let’s get it on the palette and give it a taste so what I love about a good peino is that that that minerality that
Freshness that white fruit on the nose on the pallet nectarine peach green apple there’s also a little pineapple core not the fresh pineapple around it but the core itself and some green apple and some lemon drop that just you know kind of give you that kind of mouth puckering acidity it’s
