Why um it’s simple guys pen it’s large enough to have all the services and uh it’s an historical City and it’s still not plagued I’m using the strong word but it’s what it is with the big malls and the all the typical City uh invasion of those huge stores

You know I’m not against those don’t get me wrong you need it it’s fine uh they’re great great convenience but I also love you know small shops local local businesses and you have it here and also let me Flip and also you get to have those uh kind of buildings you know in the place there’s a church there and uh yes do you know what this was this is like how you call when the a convento I will leave a subtitle and it was also a prison and

Now can you guess what it is you won’t believe it now it’s like a primary school and yeah I know there are Gates on the windows but but uh it’s for safety yeah I was told this people are uh kids are temporarily here as they are finishing a modern School in the town

Center and uh this is the house guys Pro proper uh town house we are very close to the city center and uh it’s a very well preserved as you can probably tell by the status uh of the tiles outside the doors the general look of the of the outside so we will go

Inside after of course it’s a pretty huge but as usual we start with the outside so you have this uh stairs and again I love when it’s very well taken care of you know you can tell from the the plants uh the tiles not is broken everything is tidy so really

Good care of uh of the property here you have this area with the water connection and you have quite nice views today’s uh it’s early February so it’s uh it’s not even chilly you know the sky is not super clear but it’s an amazing day today and guys I absolutely love this

Just my uh recommendation we need to P sitting gear and as we keep moving we have this night B this uh great bathroom and uh as mentioned at the beginning of the video guys proper condition with this place like you you can tell that it was taken

Care well taken care of course there are things to fix for example this shower uh needs to be replac it old but you know tiles Windows uh walls and uh have you seen a bathroom with the Terrace this is this is it it’s weird you you have a Terrace outside of the bathroom

This is what we have here single bedroom and guys also about the rent uh you I was speaking here the main bedroom uh not bad currently but it is I was speaking about shortterm rentals but actually in pen you can have also longterm randles here just uh uh space

Used as a storage long-term randles was there are um economy is pretty good there uh in in the area there are some Industries near by uh like one popular one is Bion it’s one of the uh I’m not that much into fashion but they produce a popular brand in U uh high-end

Clothing so I will leave a link just for you to Google it if you want and uh let’s go to the other place the party Tavern love this space guys love what they’ve done here this is separated from the main building and uh they have the parties here uh great large table uh

Fireplace I even like those plates and uh yeah as I was mentioning large table uh yeah TV or or any entertainment and that you might want look at this sewing machine historical sewing machine and uh on the left here we have a fully equpped kitchen so yeah just just what you need

To uh to entertain your guest like it’s large enough uh for any preparation uh we have a couple of fridges uh one and the storage plus another fridge here and you we have we have here a tiny service bathroom which is totally fine for the for the purpose of this space

So uh some uh little cracks here but uh um of course the house is sold directly by Anna and she’s a real estate agent and she has geometr that can survey this uh this place for you if you want independently but um I was told that she

Done it already and those are no structural cracks so it’s totally fine uh and yeah let’s go to the main building now the main apartment yes we are finally at the main building the main apartment if you will this of this nice house and it’s pretty huge so

Uh this is the living room that your gred uh that greets you um some interesting Furniture uh not necessarily a fan of B Furniture but I think here it’s fitting uh let me know in the comments because I think it is and also it’s in good shape as usual like it’s

Very tough to keep to take good care of things for this long like I have a furniture that I bought two years ago and uh it’s already in worse shape than this because of my on my kids so and uh yeah kitchen proper size uh nothing uh too special uh to say about

The size but uh the materials are really nice can see the wood there and there you can access the balcony which goes around the the house really cool space here with the fireplace looks very cozy and then is preparing me some mocha coffee so looking forward to have it in a

Bit and uh yeah living room is a very I mean it’s a decent space uh not the huge uh as huge as you might expect but it’s a totally fine with the size tasteful bathroom I like the curtains on the bathroom uh it’s not uh it’s not something that you see you

Often but I think they are very cool and I shall say just a second a single bedroom here it was the uh bedroom of the of the sun uh I should say this house was not staged like this is how it is like so really cool good

Condition uh here we have a spiral staircase that leads to an additional room with a nice Terrace which we will go after and uh as you can see it keeps extending this place keeps going and going the bedroom of the of the other son of Anna and here the second

Bathroom and of course with the size of this place of of course you need bathrooms and this is the master bedroom that they are currently using uh let me see I think I can go out here show you the rip okay show the balcony so yeah lovely little Terrace here small bench

And there as you can see we can Circle the circling circling circling yeah it’s not a 360 uh degree uh balcony uh but it goes around a little bit bit so many of the rooms have the exit on the on the bathroom so guys before going upstairs

Or 10 even here we have this room again guess this is used as a like storage room in the over there the family that was living here of course the Dead two kids so uh I’m sure it’s no surprise your pile stuff things accumulate yeah there there

Was like a tiny bathroom which is now not used so uh plenty of things to remove for sure but uh yeah it doesn’t need to be your problem if you bite here we have another nice see nice outside little space uh with the view of the church and yeah pen there
