When his partner got him a hummingbird feeder as a birthday present, this guy was determined to make friends with a hummingbird. Having recently lost his cousin, he had heard there was a spiritual connection to hummingbirds coming to visit you. Eventually, Hector the hummingbird showed up at his window.

Hector what’s up dude i just call him over and he comes to me breakfast time oh there he is came right up my partner gave me a hummingbird feeder as a present coincidentally was on the day that one of my close cousins passed away there’s some spirituality behind hummingbirds coming to visit you

I thought i’m going to try this i super glued the handheld feeders onto the top the seed feeder just in the hopes that a hummingbird would come up Once i noticed he was coming around i started walking up to the window and i think he just got used to me got it to a point where he was letting me open the window and sticking my hand out with the other feeder and i would just talk to him what’s up dude

After four days of getting used to me he started eating from my hand Sometimes he would fly away we were just thinking about names and my partner said well he loves nectar let’s call him hector it never gets old every time i feed him it’s like i’m feeding him for the first time from the tree he comes up to me when i don’t even have

The feeder what’s up dude when i’m outside walk into my car you’ll come and greet me it’s like coming over are you okay yeah all right later nice it makes me feel really good you were there before i opened the window I love it when he turns his back to me that’s when it feels like he trusts me the most he’ll look towards the outside and keep his back to me and just make sure there’s no predators around it makes me feel like he really has a connection to me I feel connected with nature when he comes around every day i’m opening my window in a pretty big city and this fascinating beautiful bird is coming up to me it makes me feel more connected with the world for sure You

    Soulmates come in different sizes and shapes. They will always find you. When I lost my cousin in a car crash in 2000, I found Kasek, my German Shepherd. When he passed in 2012, my son was born 4 months later. Keep them close. Love the video.

    That is beautiful. 👍🏼 I once saved a sparrow fell out of the nest, I took it home and put it in a shoe box and fed it dog food, the sparrow became stronger and stronger, so I decided to release it, I called the sparrow PIP, I released the sparrow and during the summer would fly into the house and sit on the sofa with me. Winter came and that was the last time I saw it, until the next summer when it flew into the house and sat on my shoulder, what an amazing experience to think that the sparrow had not forgotten. Beautiful. 👍🏼

    Hector suits him perfectly ❤😊 Also googled this: Male hummingbirds are more brightly colored than female hummingbirds. Males' colors include bright red, pink, purple, green, and more. A female hummingbird is usually dull in color compared to males, with dark green, brown, and white in their feathers.

    Thats just beautiful. People do not realize how magical it feels to have a tiny bird fly to you and flutter in your hand or snuggle against your neck. Indoor or outdoor im a 💯% bird lover.

    Thank you for sharing this made me so happy today as I was on the phone with my sister I noticed a red face Little hummingbird come right to my window it's Canada January but Vancouver and it's always amazing to see one and it makes my heart feel good add a timer for some extra love and support was needed I know there's a spiritual significance and seeing hummingbirds you are also a bit of a light worker yourself or hummingbird wouldn't want anything to do with you lol love and light to all thank you for sharing

    So glad he was there for you. We can all do our bit and set up a Wildlife Federation Backyard Habitat. I think you'd be able to set one up and you'd have a wide variety of feathered friends.
