Ciao everyone this week we are in Sicily  the biggest island in the Mediterranean   and this is Cefalu which is extremely close to the  property that we are showing you today yes we have   two really good friends Ron and Whitney they’re  actually our neighbors and Ron’s family is from  

Sicily and they’ started watching our videos they  said hey B and J how come you are not doing videos   in Sicily so guess what what Ron and Whit this  one is for you you guys have been asking us for  

A sea view property this is one of the views from  this home that is gorgeous so this is a shot from   very close to this home this is in the middle  of the town look at this look at those flowers  

Look how well-kept those buildings are look at  the mountains in the background this is lovely   she’s lovely this prop property has a sea view but  it’s a coastal sea view and yes the first thing  

We would do is take down that net yeah I’m not  playing tennis or anything I just want to see my   sea view I want to see my sea view it actually it  kind of reminds me of Santa Barbara where you’re  

Kind of up in the mountains and you see the ocean  and it curves around you see the coast too with   mountains I mean this is spectacular it really is  here is a sneak peek inside the property babe look  

At those ceilings look at those floors and yes  there is air conditioning thank goodness mhm so   we can’t go to Sicily without talking about  Mount Etna which is one of Europe’s tallest   active volcanoes the abundance of ancient ruins  and archaeological sites like The Valley of the  

Temples are just absolutely spectacular you know  they say this is the crossroads of the Western   world and I think they’re right you know there  are 4.8 million residents in Sicily hey babe are   you ready are you ready are you ready let’s get  into it here we go we are in Gratteri $107,000  

U.S. for a three bedroom two bath with over 2,500  square feet and terrace with sea views we’ve been   looking to find something like this for a very  long time with sea views at this price with that   space this is amazing where is this delightful  property located okay do it again we don’t

Know where is this delightful property located off  the tip of the boot on Sicily look at this town   look at that cliff there babe I think this town is  uh above 2,000 feet so that’s got to be at least,  

1,500 feet [voice falling sound] that’s amazing  that looks cool that looks cool there I want to   check it out so how do you get to this beautiful  property the airport is an hour and 18 minutes  

Away there is a train station 22 minutes away and  the ferry because you are on an island the ferry   takes 30 minutes to get across from mainland to  the island of Sicily this was so cool when we were  

Researching the train goes on the ferry that’s  crazy right crazy I’ve never heard of that before   so it’s about 2 hours from the property to get to  Messina where you hop on the ferry well your train  

Hops on the ferry mhm so you are on an island how  long does it take babe to get to some cool cities   well Rome is 9 hours away Naples a little over 7  hours away we have Palermo which is a little over  

An hour away and Catania right over here Catania 2  hours away okay and I wanted to say this babe yes   babe on The Brady Bunch the last couple seasons  their cousin came to stay with them what was  

His name the little kid what was his name and for  bonus points what singer does he look like we were   visiting with my mom a couple of weekends ago hey  Mamalady hope your knee’s doing well yep um and we  

Were talking about latitude and where Italy lines  up with the United States we were off way off way   off yeah so this little town if you head east is  pretty much in line with Athens Greece pretty cool  

Um if you head West and you hit the United States  we really thought it would be much more south than   it was but it actually is Northern Virginia  almost into DC right and check that out into   West Virginia Northern Kentucky through Missouri  Kansas and Colorado I me that was surprising right  

Babe yeah absolutely then Utah a little bit of  Nevada there and then right in line with San   Francisco right so strange I was thinking this  town is almost in line with Napa you know salute salute Quick need to knows hospital less than  a half an hour away doctor multiple in town  

Very convenient super convenient and two tooth  in town right so two teeth in town two teeth   yes two teeth um if you have pain you have two  doctors slash dentist doctors in town yes and if  

You are in pain there is a pharmacy in town Zoe  and Maui we are going to take care of you for a   very long time there are two veterinarians less  than 10 miles away that is super important to us

Get into this house this right here is one of two  entrances into the property and here is the other   entrance this place is super cute it looks so well  maintained it does I love the little overhang over  

The front door very cute yep so let’s walk in um  cute entrance a little patio out front actually   this place used to be two apartments and they’ve  combined them so there’s a lot of space remember  

Over 2,500 square feet so this used to be one of  the kitchens and they’ve opened it up I think this   would make a great sitting area maybe you do  a little wet bar over there you walk in it’s  

Very inviting you know possibly babe you put a  record player in there and you have your Winyl   Wednesdays salute love it salute here’s a picture  of that space it’s really nice size and the doors   and windows have all been updated and replaced  which is nice I love that front door and then  

Look it has a little window next to it as well  you can open up you know us guys big on open   windows fresh air light and bright yep and I did  see some screens on windows as well as we were  

Touring the property that’s important for sure  and look there are some wires in the ceiling and   we like that we get to pick our own lighting  fixtures okay let’s head from that space into   the bathroom which is right next to it look at  that you have a full bath right there hot water  

Heater shower shower’s a little small okay sour  shower okay sour shower sour shower let’s do that   one again so from this space you head into the  bathroom look at that it’s not the most spacious  

Bathroom ever but it has everything you need did  I say butter I didn’t even know what I said it   was so [bleap sound] stupid does it have a butter  I I’m the speaking words I don’t know what they  

Area blah okay here we go I don’t think you said  butter I know I was listening to myself a butter   bath a butter bath I don’t know sorry babe Oh my  gosh [Laughter] okay here we go we’re going from  

This room words are hard today into a bathroom  this is the bathroom the bathroom doesn’t have   any butter in it wait you’re going I’m going and  there’s a hot water heater it has a shower and  

It has a cute bidet so here’s a picture of that  bathroom I love a window in a bathroom natural   light is the best thing for sure it’s not the most  spacious but it has everything you could possibly  

Need so here are the stairs to head upstairs let’s  check that out from this bathroom we’re heading   upstairs here we go what do we see a rope we see  a rope very nautical being by the coast yeah but  

Check out this space babe I mean wow okay those  ceilings I love those the ceilings the ceilings   and floors up there is do we have a view out  this window there’s that other views mountains  

Looks like a farmers market yep that happens  a lot okay I’m in I’m in babe I like it I love   it mountain views and sea views wow here is  another look at that space I mean look at  

The ceiling and the floors are new fresh and  clean really like that okay babe all right   air conditioning air conditioning air con as  they say need mhm for sure okay let’s check   out the rest of the house so we’re going to head  downstairs but you know what let’s look out this

Window so pretty yeah okay let’s speed this up  we’ll head downstairs here we go we’re taking   a right let’s go down these stairs okay what is  downstairs there’s a door but let’s head into the   kitchen first okay all right babe look at those  ceilings look at that stone that’s a spacious  

Kitchen maybe we put the dining room here I think  so yeah have a nice window to give fresh light   I really like it yep so here’s a look at that  kitchen it has a gas cooktop which is nice you  

Need to add an oven we’d probably do a few other  updates in this room love the ceilings the floors   the stones spectacular one of the challenges  finding a sea home was that a lot of them have  

That coastal look with white walls and ceilings  not a lot of Italian charm and you guys know us   by now that’s what we’re looking for that’s what  we want and minimal renovations we’re down for  

Minor projects but not a total gut that’s just  not for us for sure so a little bit of painting   in here couple little things this one works  here’s a view from the kitchen you can see the  

Unbelievable stone wall I love it right so let’s  leave this space and head outside okay come out   here we’ll take a right let’s go out there what  do you see babe I see water views I see a classic  

Italian view for sure look how well kept this is  everything looks to be in really good condition   cute little alley down there I really like it so  from that alley there is the door we just exited  

I say we go back in what do you think let’s  do it mhm okay let’s head back inside I think   this room we’d use for a bedroom yeah it’s got air  conditioning pretty floors it’s a nice size yeah  

I love it it could be used as a bedroom it could  be an office it could be a workout room wait till   you see how many more rooms are coming up this  place is so flexible you won’t even believe it  

So from this space may I have a little more wine  sir oh I’m sorry babe hi Miles here we go thank   you sorry honey babe that’s okay cheers I love  you thanks honey so exiting this room we head  

Down the hallway into another full bathroom look  at this there’s a shower down there and there’s   a cute bidet haha there it is let’s leave that  bathroom go back upstairs and check out the rest  

Of the house sounds good okay here let’s take a  right okay babe I mean look at the ceiling those   floors really pretty traditional floors uh we  don’t always love that but I think it works in  

There I like that is there a view oh wow see view  love it mhm fireplace okay is this a little closet   I think maybe it’s somewhere I’m not going I’m  going to keep that door shut I don’t know where  

Stairway not to Heaven stairway into a dark scary  place shut the door lock the door here’s a picture   of that room so you can really see the fireplace  the floors the nice window the ceilings and that  

View okay I’m in I’m in yep here’s a nice shot of  the fireplace maybe we would paint it white or do   something I like it we would do something though  you know little project for fun but this is very  

Usable you move in you have a fireplace right away  are we really going into another room this place   is huge yeah it’s like a dream I have where I’m in  a house and there’s doors to rooms and the doors  

Into the rooms rooms into the rooms into the rooms  it’s kind of crazy so let’s go into this room this   is not a dream this is actually real here we go  wood floors wood ceilings a Juliet balcony oh it’s  

So cute mmmm little view over there that’s really  nice oh gosh babe look how thick those walls are   yeah those are thick walls those ceilings look  beautiful and you have wood floors in there and   another staircase to another room well there’s  more stairs which I’m guessing means there’s  

Another room let’s head up these stairs and have  another room what is happening oh my gosh what   do we have what do we have what do we have  I’m looking I’m excited oh pretty ceilings  

Oh a little wood burner ohhh that’s cute I think  this is where we’d have coffee babe I know well   I don’t know maybe this is where we have coffee  this is it yep this is that terrace so here’s a  

View of that room I love the little nooks you  can decorate a little bit and the wood burner   and then on the other side too you can see this  is a pretty nice size space the French doors going  

Out to this pretty terrace there it is take the  net down yes so this is an overhead shot of the   town you can see there’s quite a lot of amenities  in there okay are you ready are you ready and I’m  

Ready to drive through the town I’m not going to  drive I’m going to wander I’m going to wander you   should wander through the town with us right  now salute salute have your wine let’s do it  

Right now okay I know you haven’t seen this yet I  wanted to keep this for a surprise but we’re going   to start from the outskirts of town and head  to the house look at the view I like what I’m  

Seeing so far here we go seriously okay what do we  [Laughter] have [bleep sound] again all right here   we go here it is we’re driving we’re driving are  we doing anything we’re moving we’re moving we’re   wandering okay I mean seriously though look at the  mountains this is unbelievable it’s unbelievable  

To me okay it is so let’s head down here you  know I look at these mountains and I think   for thousands of years people have lived here  and looked at these mountains you know they’ve   lived an entire life that we don’t know anything  about yeah lifetimes yeah I think it’s time that  

We all make our mark on that let’s you know buy a  piece of history let’s move here and live the rest   of our lives that’s what we want okay look down  there that’s cute let’s head into town babe check  

Let’s do it I like it this is cuuuute oh it’s  really well kept everything looks uh new fresh   and clean at least it’s not new fresh and clean  but it’s tidy and it’s well maintained right so  

Let’s take it right here look at the look at the  uh you know pavers and the stone of that street   that’s beautiful it really is so we’re heading  down here okay ready wait for it a little alley to  

The right here let’s take a look one more little  turn let’s where we going let me guess here is   the house right down here so you’re in the middle  of it all the heart of the town beautiful so then  

The sea is behind us is behind us I love it so  great let’s check out and see what we have in   town so there is a grocery store there’s a bakery  in town and I think we might have a picture or  

Two as a surprise for you would you eat any of  these things babe what treats oh okay serious   goodies I don’t even know what it is I’m trying  to I want to try I know I was wondering if you  

Were going to tell me okay ready sugar but it’s  going to be good right so we have three butchers   in town so we have the butcher the baker we need  a candlestick maker and the candlestick maker no  

It’s not a well maybe they make candles in the  post office no they ship them I bet they ship   candles at the post office and there’s this says  two in town there’s one there’s only one in town  

Yep there’s one that’s an Apple Maps issue  one post office with two rooms there is one   elementary school in town and we are bringing  back churches for you churches are back for you   Tomasso and Salia you’re asking we’re bringing  them back they’re are four churches in this town  

And woah I want to go to that church I’m going to  church on a Tuesday if it looks like that that’s   spectacular okay a few more quick need to knows  there are two gas stations in town very cool yeah

Cool and here’s even cooler there’s an auto parts  store in town actually it’s very convenient if you   have an issue this is such guy stuff yeah what  else do we have uh we have an iron ore smelting  

Plant no we don’t we have a hardware store okay  it’s yeah okay we have saws and screwdrivers and   nails hammers um what’s next and that’s in  town okay restaurants here we go we can all   enjoy this there are two restaurants in town and  there’s plenty of restaurants in the surrounding  

Areas yeah look at that outside of those two  I think you’re 16 minutes away from a plethora   of other restaurants you are okay here is one of  those restaurants and we have alfresco dining for   the Jaimewife that is beautiful and look across  the way look at that arch that doorway I want to  

Eat here yeah this is beautiful beautiful so is  she if you want to eat indoors because she just   made a funny comment that I sound like a cat with  a hairball cuz I coughed right before they hit  

And record or whatever stuff stuff and stuff stuff  and stuff this is beautiful we have stone we have   beautiful beams the floors are great it looks new  fresh and clean in there actually I see a little  

Stage in there babe she can sing for me while  I’m eating pasta no and drinking some wine this   is the music man in the relationship zero music  skills over here she has great pitch woah yes  

Yes yes and yes invite your friends invite your  family have a huge dinner here drink all of that   wine eat all of the food in the freaking kitchen  I mean this is like this is fan freakin tastic and  

With all of our family we’d be eating this pasta  I want pasta in my mouth now that looks delicious   yummy yum yummy and in this lovely little town we  have a pub we have a bar and we have three coffee  

Bars hey babe if you want to elevate your drinking  where are you going to go winery booyah 16 minutes   away 5.2 miles and you have are you ready oh  okay wait a minute oh my gosh wait a minute wait  

A minute I need to sip here uh I’ll say salute  but I I’m not even thinking I’m looking I love   that look at the chairs they’re like made out of  pallets that trellis the arch oh I could imagine  

Eating and drinking right there and okay rolling  hills and vineyards look at that building this is   beautiful so beautiful oh I can smell the flowers  okay so yes this is outstanding I want to go there  

Yep right now so we have what is this I snuck  this in okay what you guys have been so sweet and   supportive in the comments and Biaggio does not  get to see them all the time so I think it’s time

Music the hills are alive with the sound of  Griswold where’s the beach the beach is 24   minutes away wow this is an unbelievable beach  why do I say that that’s a big beach first of   all you have a lot of sand it’s flat it looks  nice and inviting you have those beautiful  

Buildings yep look at that and you have a cliff  I mean I’m in I’m in 100% it’s so pretty Sicily   is known for their excellent Heavenly beaches oh  yeah obviously look at this after the beach you  

Head to the spa there is actually a spa in town  that’s pretty cool um and a hair salon two hair   salons actually 17 minutes away perfect yep  really you have everything you need in this   small town in and the surrounding areas the gym is  16 minutes away clothing stores again 17 minutes  

Away so really what is it that you need that you  don’t have here I’m not really sure actually I   don’t know I think you have it all let’s talk  about temps baby how hot we can be I like your  

Little dance now we have a song and a dance song  and a dance that’s what we do for you guys okay   she’s talking about temps the average high in the  hottest month is 76° hmmm that’s pretty nice right  

And that is 24° for you Celsius people um and what  about the humidity I’m actually surprised at the   humidity that was one of the reasons I thought  Sicily wouldn’t work for us too hot but I see  

A little bit of oppressive I don’t love that yeah  some muggy that’s like 4% of the time it’s doable   this isn’t that bad actually it’s doable hmhh  mobile and internet Verizon 5G we don’t have  

The standards again this week Tim is nowhere to  be found no I I haven’t seen Tim for weeks sorry   bro Starlink is available all throughout Italy  ready the brand name is wenko I’m sure you could  

Get something off of that I’ll get in trouble with  that if I say wank say anything can I say wank if   I did that it would be another [bleep sound]  flusher you’re a wanker that’s what I’m said  

You’re a wanker okay here we go [Laughter] okay  here we go does Amazon deliver uh to an island   uh in Sicily an an island in Sicily an island in  Sicily oh my gosh we have to start recording these  

Earlier does Amazon deliver on an island in Italy  babe they do okay four to six days delivery for an Allstar um hey now I’m an Allstar get your game on  go play go play uh for a minus black liquid soap  

Dispenser 4 to 6 days delivery okay our checklist  for this property air conditioning ding ding ding   ding ding ding ding ding ding ding yes I need air  conditioning thank you and a fireplace and a wood   burner beautiful floors yes beautiful ceilings  yes new fresh and clean love now no garden view  

Double view sea and mountain and a netted terrace  so we can you know if anyone buys this place if   it’s not us if it’s you guys we’re going to show  up wandering with wine is going to show up show  

Up with scissors and we’re going to cut that  net down right so there is no garage but you   do have parking as I hear right in front of the  house perfect um there’s no cantina uh but you  

Have so many rooms you can consider one maybe a  cantina kind of right you could use it for storage   a little basement type space um there is no pool  like last week and we’re sorry but we will find  

You another one anyway but you have the sea not  too far away that is your pool the sea is your   pool I think so I think you’re right here is  the property information one more time for
