  1. I like this channel because dr Rupy is kind, caring and humble. He always put the book of the person interviewed on the screen, to promote the books. That is what the viewers want and what the person interviewed want.
Some other interviewers only talk briefly at the end about the book of the person interviewed, or they even talk about their own book!!

  2. Dear Rupy, the info you share with us here, and on your podcasts, is invaluable. Huge thanks to you, and to all of your excellent guests.

  3. 😢why the ads are so LOUD?🔊i already have problems with hearing and use headphones,so are you trying to make me deaf with all those LOUD commercials?!😢please don't make them LOUDER than the video! If u want us to be listening at all😢

  4. Dr. Rupy really want there to be some health benefit to pure ETOH. Per the WHO alcohol is a poison that is not safe in any dose. To women, be careful ETOH increases the risk of breast cancer, even in supposed low doses for women such as one drink (of wine) per day.ETOH is a grade one carcinogen. Drink at your own risk.

  5. Wine has much less sugar than grape juice. I choose wine 🥂 . Never mind , tequila has less sugar than wine. Stress kills . Salud!

  6. Sugar hides in stuff, I found some hiding in my jar of Peanut butter. 😉 Also why do we have to pay more for sugar free stuff! Should it not be no sugar, pay less.😂 😂😂😂
