So for lunchy poos we’ve got a random array i’ve done a weird little salad but a grey salad because it’s got chopped up gherkins olives tomatoes some rockets some lettuce baked potato with some butter some cheese salt pepper and some black sesame seeds very random but i wanted something warming for lunch

Today because it’s a bit cold you know of lettuce i love i love iceberg lettuce so very hot i love the skin of a potato i know so many people are adverse to it and they don’t eat it I also made some chocolate flapjack so i might have one of these for my pudding because i just have my little bit of potato sometimes you know when it just really hits a spot a baked potato and that’s what just happened so i’m gonna have still flat flat

Really good with the chocolate it’s a bit later in the afternoon and i’m gonna have a little afternoon snack these little puffed hula hoops really good i love a crunchy salty snack yes i do So we’ve got this pester lentil situation some salmon and some veggies that was delicious scrambling and now it’s pudding time but before pudding hot water obviously this is my favorite chocolate bar what i have a bit of it’s chocolate and crispy bits and it’s so yummy good morning good morning

So it is the next day i did have some crisps last night but i forgot to vlog that um because i’m just not in the habit of showing all my food all the time but it’s breakfast time and for breakfast i’ve just put the hot water on which you can probably definitely hear

To it so it’s a bit more you know hearty and we also put halloumi on top and the halloumi works really well and i had it with some bread hello cherubs it is the next day now i’m just checking on banksy because schwyz needs a morning tickle

  9. not that you need it,,, but here is how i make rice in case it is helpful lol
    (in a porcelain dish with a lid or something like that)
    1 1/2 cups of rice (rinse with water)
    2 1/4 cups of water
    microwave with the lid on for 4 minutes on high and then 15 minutes on regular (usually the default microwave setting is high)
    hope this is helpful to anyone 🙂
