Hello everybody Welcome to the noble way where we are on a mission to try all of the restaurants at Disney World and tonight we are trying City Works eery and Pub house right behind me we have never been here before so I don’t know what to expect looks like a bar looks
Kind of like a sports bar or a puff I’m expecting a lot of bar type food um I do see that they have an indoor and outdoor seating so I’m excited to get in there and try it out um I’m starved so let’s get Going So City Works describes themselves as the Ultimate Sports Bar so there’s big screen TVs all in there I I’ve never been in there so I’m super excited hopefully um some of these um plan that I want to see I should come here on a Sunday football um I’m sure a lot of
People do come here for football on Sundays um and if you want to bring your little PR friend your dogs you can they have outdoor seating just for you and your dogs and the waiters will serve you out there as well um and if it happens
To be a night uh like tonight I noticed right across the way is House of Blues and they have bands that play outside um if you sit outside of City works right across you get to listen to the music of the Bands so that’s actually um a plus
So it is a PO housee so they have over a hundred local and draft beers um for for you to choose from out know how you would choose um there’s so many so a great place for food and drinks so we just sat down and my first impressions
Are um there are big streams everywhere on one wall and it’s kind of loud in here I don’t mind I mean it’s it’s like kind of bar a a big bar um so that’s to be expected but it’s still pretty comfortable and you know there’s like ped seating and everything um not like
You know like a regular bar so um there are high top tables over by the bar area so if you actually wanted to be in the bar you could sit over there but over here as you can see there’s like a cushion a little booth and there’s Booth
All right behind Steve as well she gave us a separate a menu to scan for um the beer and alcohol um and you just scan this and all the cocktails and Wi on one side and then you scan this for the beer and all the drinks that they have are up
On the wall behind uh Ste uh next to the streets and it’s like kind of on either side of the bar I just got a diet coat so that doesn’t apply to me um and I’m starting to look at the the menu um so to try to figure out what
I want but so far it does look like it’s all bar food which means of okay so I’m looking at the appetizers and um some of the things that are sticking out to me are fried pickles yum I love fried pickles um pretzel bites yum um they
Also have and I knew this before I came they have Buffalo Chi chicken dip here I love buffalo chicken dip and so it’s my daughter Lexi um I’m not sure actually I I can’t decide if I’m going to get it or not and that’s under the two share section the popcorn chicken fried
Pickles cheese curs and pretzel bites just say bar bites but under the two share I guess you get more um is queso dip yum spicy shrimp buffalo chicken dip um there’s something called a loaded potato flatbread that sounds interesting um and something weird called duck nachos I don’t think I’m going to get
That moving over to the soup and salad um which is much easier to read because it’s on the white part of the menue I’m having a hard time without my glasses seeing this menu um there’s something called beer cheese soup sounds interesting um there’s a house salad Caesar salad City Works chopped salad
And a AI uh tuna chopped salad which kind of sounds interesting if you like tuna um but I only see um actually there’s a clam chowder so there’s two soups clam chow and the beer cheese so um so far everything looks really good it’s I’m going to have a hard time
Picking as we’re going through the menu it reminded me that outside at the bar I actually did see a uh sort of menu where you can order things at the at the actual bar seemed like some of the bar bites and things that were on the menu
You can actually order outside um as kind of like I don’t know if it’s a to go or if it’s things that you can actually order at the bar that definitely was not the full menu so I think in order in order to order the
Full menu you need to either have a seat on the inside or one of the seats out on the patio area but at the bar I’m thinking you could just get drinks there’s like two outside bars I think you can only get the drinks and some something off that small menu but
Surprisingly I’m actually seeing a few things that I feel like aren’t really like super bar food related I thought it was really just going to be burgers and handhelds but they actually do have a main course um section which is really small it’s only got three things on it
It’s got a pork chop salmon and then fish and chips um and they have a bunch of little side dishes like fries and Brussel Sprouts mashed potatoes chips and salsa things like that on the other side though is the massive menu of like the handhelds it reminds me a lot of
Rick’s sports bar and gr that we just went to over at Disney’s Coronado Springs I’ll link to that video below if you’re interested in seeing that sports bar it’s a good comparison for this location so City Works uh Burger is what’s on the handhelds bacon cheese burger scorpion Burger which I have a
Feeling that’s hot it says it has habanero pepperjack cheese so I think that’s going to be a spicy Burger they also have a grilled cheese on the menu which I feel like might actually give Woody’s lunchbox a run for its money it sounds really good it’s got
Some really cool things on there like a chopped brisket uh beer cheese sauce I don’t know it sounds really good a tunel chicken sandwich couple other things impossible burger for vegetarians or people that just like impossible meat like I do they’ve got some tacos fish tacos they have a spicy shrimp taco but
It’s breaded shrimp which I’m always disappointed in I feel like shrimp tacos should never be breaded so um that’s always disappointing when I see it on the menu they also have a big smoked section which I’m surprised it’s like almost like a barbecue Smokehouse P pork sandwich they have a smoked barbecue
Platter that has ribs and chili rubbed Wings on it and all sorts of stuff and then they have some Smokehouse combos which all sounds really good except I don’t see one key ingredient that I feel like you need to have at a Smokehouse and that’s cornbread I don’t see
Cornbread on there so I feel like that’s a missed opportunity unless I’m just un unless I’m just not seeing it U and then they have a pasta section a Cajun linguini pasta some crazy mac and cheeses and then a few desserts another interesting thing about this restaurant
Is they have something they call the Rock and Roll brunch it’s only on the weekends until 3:00 p.m. but basically it’s a lot of the food that’s on the menu today uh for like dinner and lunch but also has breakfast stuff on there I see like a giant cinnamon roll um and a
Bunch of other things so I think that’s super popular here at Disney Springs a lot of the restaurants have brunch because they’re trying to get people to come in if you come here to Disney Springs early in the morning it’s a tomb here like on Saturdays and Sunday
There’s nobody ever here so um except everybody’s in line for Gideon cookies uh but it looks cool rock and roll brunch if you’re interested we ordered the fried pickles they’re 1145 um and they already pain um I’m excited to try them just cuz I really love fried
Pickles um and it comes in this little it looks like I don’t know if this is actually what they fried them in but you know you look it’s not but you know those it looks like a Fred container that you fry stuff in I’m going to try
It once without the sauce and once one with there you go and they’re crispy they’re not mushy I I don’t know if the ones at the bottom will be mushy but these aren’t so far and I’m going to try the sauce I don’t know what this sauce is so
I’m scared hopefully it’s just like ranch or something maybe like a house dressing or Ranch yeah that’s what it tastes like it’s good I like it I like it with and without the sauce so yeah these are really good I love fried pickles um but I like when the fried pickle you
Actually get enough of the pickle flavor and not just a bunch of the batter so I hope that the pickle flavor actually comes through and it’s like a salty pickle is this is a kosher dill pickle and it’s beer battered with a ranch I’m just going to go straight with the ranch
So I don’t need to be monkeying around without that I I need that ranch on there oh man it looks good the batter has like some seasoning on it so that’s actually a good pickle um I feel like a lot of times fried pickles they lose their um they lose
Their flavor when you deep fry them all you can taste is the batter and then the ranch so like the pickle flavor doesn’t come through strong enough the these actually come through great um and the pickles are a little bit thick I mean it’s not it’s not like super thick it’s
Not like a thin cut pickle chip so it’s actually got a really nice little like salty flavor to it a kosher like Dill flavor and actually the ranch is pretty solid and there’s not too much batter on it these are actually really good I like these these are one of the better fried
Pickles I’ve ever had Honestly it’s the best Day oh my goodness these are so good I mean these are so good they’re getting better as I keep eating them these are literally like starting to get to the the like the best fried pickles I’ve ever had [Applause] level I got the grilled cheese I love
Grilled cheese but this one has a a lot more things on it than just regular grilled cheese um it’s 1945 it it has smoked chopped brisket on it um barbecue bacon onion relish beer cheese sauce yum American cheese smoked provolone and Chala bread I don’t even know what Chala
Bread is or if it’s if that’s even how you say it Chala Chala Jayla I don’t know um but I didn’t get the brisket on mine I was like I just want a regular grilled cheese um and I got the relish the barbecue bacon onion relish on the
Side just so I could taste it um and I got the olive oil fries parsley parsley olive oil fries those sound good um you could have got a salad a side salad or fries Fri I definitely chose the fries um so I’m excited so my food just hit
The table and it looks so good it’s comfort food grilled cheese and French fries and I got my relish on the side and I’m glad cuz it looks a little weird um it might be good but I didn’t want it on my grilled shoes um and I got the
Olive oil parsley fries I’m going to try those first um to see if they’re any good they’re crispy I wouldn’t say it tastes like anything but like a regular fry really maybe a tiny bit like olive oil but honestly it really just tastes like a regular fry and it’s good they’re not
They’re like really crispy so they’re good I’m going to take a bite of the grilled cheese now um it looks really good to me and it’s a little burnt which is my favorite I actually burned my own grilled cheese at home even worse than this cuz I love burnt grilled cheese so
I’m going to try it it’s really good just a simple grilled cheese I I would say I don’t taste any beer I don’t taste it just tastes like cheese to me it doesn’t taste like anything special but I absolutely love it it said like beer cheese and I forget what up
Provolone and stuff like that it just tastes like American cheese to me um I don’t really taste any difference but it’s absolutely delicious I love it um cuz I’m simple when it comes to grilled cheese um I’m going to try the relish the bar you a bacon onion
Relish and see if I like it I do Not and it’s very spicy actually it’s okay it’s a very it’s a lot if this were on the grilled cheese this is all you have able to taste it has a really really strong flavor and it’s very spicy wow I’m really glad I didn’t get that on
There yeah I mean you paid $20 for the grilled cheese I think it’s because the brisket like if you had the brisket and all the bacon and stuff maybe it’s worth 20 bucks but I feel like just for the grilled cheese probably not really worth
20 bucks but I’m curious is if you had the brisket on there if you would even be able to taste a brisket because if you’re saying that bacon stuff is so strong is it bacon and onion okay so candy is insisting that I try this bar this I don’t
Know barbecue onion Alish or whatever I make her try all sorts of stuff that I don’t want to try so I guess I’ll do it she said it’s Spicy um yeserday it’s very spicy starting to heat up woo she literally was like it’s not that spicy no don’t do that I don’t like no I don’t like that at all it’s like a sweet it’s definitely like caramelized onions very sweet not really that salty it’s
Very sweet and very hot and if that was on the grilled cheese it would ruin it I don’t care what anybody says that would ruin that grilled cheese should not put that on there at all brisket I think would would kick it up a notch this this
Skip it I ended up getting the chicken tinga tacos uh for $19.95 I did ask the waitress I said was um are they spicy because it does say that it has the house smoked Spicy Chicken on them and I was a little bit spicy pulled chicken so was a little bit
Worried and she did say they’re a little bit spicy so if I’m kind of sensitive to spice I might not want to get it but I got it anyway so I don’t know she did warn me so hopefully I end up liking it because you know me I’m a wimp when it
Comes to spice candy loves a spice I’m just a wh so it has the house smoked spicy pulled chicken avocado mashed pickled red onion grilled corn micro cilantro queso fresco and flour tortillas and it says it comes with tortilla chips and a tomatillo salsa um
So I’m excited to try this out um I like flour tortillas that’s my preferred versus the corn tortillas so we’ll see hopefully it’s not too spicy all right let’s give this Taco a try um it actually looks really good the tortillas are kind of like crispy um they’ve got
Like you can see like there’s like a little bit of like crispiness on there like a Char on the inside of the exor tortilla so you can see they actually like I don’t know put it on a like a maybe like a a skillet or some sort of like
Flat grill and um we’ll see if it’s spicy I’m a little bit worried because she did say they’re she said they’re known for their like everything has like a little bit of kick I put a little bit of lime juice on there sprits a little
Bit of lime on there so let’s go here we go oh man it smells really good M oh man that is really good and it’s not too spicy I’ll tell you what that chicken is really good um it’s it’s it’s actually good quality chicken it’s not too
Shredded it’s kind of like cold I can kind of TR try to show you there there’s like some big decent Huns of chicken in there it’s not just like super shredded chicken it’s actually quality it looks like white meat chicken um I really dig the flavor it’s got a little bit of kick
To it but it’s definitely not too spicy at all the flavor is really nice A little bit of saltiness um a little bit of that like C I don’t know like cumin maybe powder um flavor which I dig and um that little bit of pickled like red
Onion on there really cuts through it gives it a little bit of like zesty tanginess and I put a little bit of that lime juice the micro cilantro this is actually a really good taco I’m glad I got this this okay so about halfway through the first Taco um
I was really digging the flavor but it started I was starting to get to this point was like man it’s really dry it needs like a little bit of something that I feel like it’s missing and so I started looking through the ingredients again that were on the menu and I was
Like wait a minute it says it has an avocado Mash in there there’s no avocado Mash in this Taco it also say has a grilled corn there’s no grilled corn in this Taco so I finally asked the waitress she’s like oh something must have went wrong they may have taken the
Wrong like somebody special ordered it without that and giv it to me so I asked for just one more Taco just to try it out and of course they brought me a whole new thing and I’m like ah I didn’t want to waste the whole thing but um I did want to
Actually evaluate it the way it’s supposed to be because it was really good the way it was it was just a little dry so I have all another Taco to try here with all the actual ingredients cuz I feel like this avocado Mash is going to give it a little bit more moisture
And even the grilled corn so I want to try it the way it’s meant to be let’s see if it’s better yes yes oh yeah can you feel that buddy huh huh huh and there it is that’s exactly what it was missing oh my gosh it was good
Before it’s even better now um it just needed that little bit of avocado it’s like a it’s like a it’s kind of like almost like a bean like a layer of beans like a smash like refried beans in the bottom except it’s avocado and I love that flavor is really good much better
Than refried beans it just gives it a little bit of moisture and even that corn in there cuz corn has a little bit of like you know a liquid in there it’s a little bit um like cuts through the corn gives a little bit more texture it needed a little bit more
Texture it’s so much better even as that it was good before but it’s actually phenomenal now I can’t say any good things about these tacos man that’s good okay I’m going to try this very [Applause] Smokey quality the quality of the chicken’s really good which is important
To me so yeah this is good she went in for a second rip so I knew it had to be good she had to dig it um yeah the chicken’s good yeah it’s a little bit of spiciness but it’s so good the chicken awesome I really like this it did also
Come with chips and salsa it’s a green salsa said tomao salsa but it’s a green and it’s a green salsa so I don’t know let’s give it a go oh wow you’re going to love this too oh man this is good the tomatillo salsa is not
Spicy at all at all and these chips are really crunchy like very crisp honestly this whole dish is a knockout chips and salsa is phenomenal it’s really actually good I think you’re going to like it tacos are rocking I love it garlicky it’s a little thicker than I
Would like plusa be is usually thinner but still good carliy all right so there you have it uh City Works what’ you think thought it was really good I liked everything that I got so I don’t know it’s kind of comfort food I don’t know like normal regular food it’s good yeah
I dug it I thought it was actually really good um what do you think this or Rick’s sports bar and grill that we just reviewed if you had to comp if you had to compare the two sports bars this one I agree I think this one is better just
From a location perspective I feel like I like the location better I like the outdoor seating that they have here and I actually like the the variety of the things on the menu more I feel like they have better variety so um overall I was
A fan I thought it was really good um I got my tacos finally the way that they were supposed to be done I feel like it’s been happening to us a lot lately we’ve been coming to restaurants at Disney um and other restaurants around and we keep getting things that aren’t
Like she got something the other day it wasn’t even what she ordered and we didn’t even realize it till after the video was over I’m not even kidding so if you go back and watch it was the uh summer house summer house on the lake check out that video she ordered uh a
Hash and she ended up with some sort of Mexican egg Mexican egg dish and we didn’t even realize it till the video was over and we were like oh well so anyway uh we’re going to to pay more attention to what they’re actually giving us and uh make sure we’re
