Coreglia Antelminelli you have two terraces with  amazing views and a 1300 foot garden I mean what   else could you ask for and where is this property  located it is north of Florence north of Pisa in  

The mountains and it is a gorgeous little town I  mean look at this built into the mountain I love   it how do you get to this property the airport the  aeropuerto is a little bit over an hour away right  

Are you Spanish a little bit no I’m not maybe  a little Portuguese but definitely Italian um   the train station is about 15 minutes away and  there are multiple bus stops in this town okay   we did planes trains buses now automobiles so  Genoa is about 2 and 1 half hours away Bologna  

Is about 2 hours and 15 minutes away Pisa is  about an hour away and Florence is is about an   hour and a half away Florence as in Henderson  Marcia Marcia Marcia so the listing for this   property does not include the address for privacy  purposes understandably but here is a picture of  

The front of this beautiful home gorgeous it’s so  pretty this home was built in the 16th century in   the 1500s that’s unbelievable right so let’s go  through that door what do we see where are we we  

Are in in this gorgeous living room right look  at those wood ceilings babe what else do you   see in there I know they’re so beautiful the  floors that fireplace it looks so cozy in there  

I love it here’s another shot I mean you can get  a really good view of the beautiful ceilings and   that gorgeous fireplace we came in through the  front door and then into that beautiful living   room and now into the kitchen wow babe look at  that kitchen I love those beams those beams are  

Chestnut beams beautiful right they maintained the  terracotta floors the wood chestnut beams and that   sink is the original stone sink yeah I love that  and this kitchen is a nice size I like it a lot  

Babe how many babies were born in that sink over  the last 500 years how many cats were washed in   that sink babe a lot and off of this beautiful  kitchen you walk through that door into another  

Living space wow babe that’s beautiful right I  wonder if there’s a view out that window I wonder   boom wow okay so pretty I would like to drink some  wine in that room with my beautiful wife salute salute here’s a picture of those windows  wide open I love that it’s like the whole  

Wall is the gorgeous window the mountain is  inside your home it’s so pretty that view is   spectacular here’s another shot I mean  I can smell the flowers right now I can   smell my life is just relaxed and beautiful  and maybe I’m drinking some wine living the  

Good life anyway this place has immaculate  views it really does I love how the first   picture looks more like a winter or fall  and this is obviously summer with all the   green oh gorgeous love okay we are back in the  kitchen babe uh I see some railing what do you  

Think’s behind that railing babe I don’t know  should we go down there let’s go down because   it’s stairs the stairs right here go into the  basement and they have a wait for it they have a beautiful full bathroom with two sinks and a  bathtub and a shower yeah bathtub and a shower  

I mean and a towel warmer and a towel warmer uh  two sinks two vanities that’s pretty big I like   that so no cute bidet sorry honey but also in  this space there is a laundry room and a closet  

Yep again look at that space that’s a pretty  big bathroom it is it’s nice on this level you   have a cute bedroom cute cute cute cute out  that window is a gorgeous view and you know  

What else you have you have a terrace yes that  terrace has an amazing view shocker I love it   and you can see there is a table and chairs just  for us honey oh babe you’re so thoughtful what  

Do we do down there babe morning coffee I think  look at the beautiful view and then head down to   our garden what I love love that to grow your  own vegetables out there yeah what else would   we grow babe is that an olive tree actually  there’s an olive tree right there what else  

Would we grow babe blueberries pineapple kiwi  pineapple avocado no cherries grapes yes oh jeez   corn no very aspirational honey uh but there’s  a lot of space to grow a lot of things here is   a view of that garden from the lower terrace  on our way back to the living room yeah it’s  

A good size yeah here’s the living room now we  are going to go up those stairs here are those   stairs that lead to a beautiful bedroom it is so  pretty look pretty at the floors in there oh I  

Love it I love that color of floor I don’t like  it too dark or too light it’s like right in the   middle it’s perfect another view of that beautiful  bedroom those floors the windows with the green that scone everything is perfect and you have a  

Door to a terrace AKA happy  hour tower salute to that salute this is a gorgeous view the layered  mountains the large terrace you could fit a   lot of people out there at least eight people at  least maybe 12 maybe more it’s so pretty and babe  

They have a table out there for us and another  couple who wants to join us on this terrace let   us know in the comments below here’s a shot from  the other side of that terrace panoramic views  

All day long this is the bathroom on that floor it  is in great condition just bring your toothbrush   that’s right look there in that mirror you can see  there’s a window to the outside a lot of natural  

Light beautiful okay here is another shot of the  bathroom and what do I see I see a cute bidet a   cute bidet what’s the score babe I’m going to give  it an eight it’s new fresh and clean and I like  

The color of it you know it looks crisp it looks  it’s not an off-white it’s like a bright white yes   there is another room on this floor that you could  use for anything they’re using it obviously as  

Another lounge area you could use it for an office  a workout room another bedroom and another pretty   window record room record room you can listen to  vinyl you can have your winyl Wednesdays there and   you know what I’m pretty sure every window in this  entire place has a gorgeous view ready boom there

Conditioning air conditioning really love it this  is the bar in that restaurant I could see us babe   going in there on a week night having a glass of  wine maybe a beer maybe a mixed drink having an  

Appetizer maybe meeting some of our neighbors some  of the locals heading on home loving our views   sitting on that terrace maybe I want to I’m going  to fall asleep on that terrace you know if we buy  

This place if you buy this place whoever buys this  place fall asleep on the terrace woop there it is   my favorite alfresco dining sorry it just sounded  like that yeah Jaime’s favorite alfresco dining   and look at those views views are killer I would  never get sick of going to that restaurant and  

Looking at that stunning view but I guess we need  some food at home every once in a while there are   four grocery stores in town cook for me I cook for  her she cooks for me we cook a lot 50/50 yeah if  

You want to wander through the town yes and hit  a couple bars there are three bars in town and if   you or you or you want to elevate your drinking  where’d you go babe winery you go to a winery  

There is a winery 9.1 miles away and nice there  are multiple wineries throughout the area has to   be it’s Tuscany yeah for sure why do we care  babe what’s the name of our Channel wandering   with wine here is a picture inside one of those  gorgeous wineries all of this looks original yeah  

The floors the beams the arches look at those  wine barrels barrels wow what’s in those wine   barrels babe maybe wine wine head upstairs do a  little wine tasting you know pick your favorite   buy a couple bottles support a local winery  love it and this is the view from that winery  

Wow if this doesn’t elevate the drinking I don’t  know what does okay do you want to wander through   the town I do yes you do let’s do it okay what do  we see I see stone walls I see mountains I love  

It okay gorgeous views jeez wow okay let’s take  a look to the left oh my gosh [Laughter] okay I   could live there um let’s head down the road I  mean all these homes here look like they’re in   great shape you’ve got the mountains everywhere  you’re in a town with mountains all around it’s  

Unbelievable okay let’s go through here stone  walls well-kept houses stone buildings beautiful   trees I love it you know I mean look at this  it’s gorgeous it’s exactly what you expect got   some businesses up here like a restaurant on the  left here this looks cute what’s on the right babe  

Some more mountain views maybe yeah okay let’s  take a little peek yeah that is cute gosh wow   you know let’s head up this road and see if we  can get out of town a little bit see how goes  

You know it looks so big and then when you saw it  on the hilltop yeah wow so it feels small but you   have a lot of things to do I love it okay let’s  keep going up this road I mean look at that house  

That’s pretty cute you can definitely do some  stuff with that a little reno project I mean   look at all the trees and let’s turn around where  we came from mountains galore I love it all right   time for some need to knows hospital 19 minutes  away doctor 10 minutes away that’s good dentist  

Okay no tooth in town there’s no tooth in town  sorry babe there’s a lot of teeth surrounding the   to yeah there’s a lot of tooths in the valley so  if you have any dental issues you can absolutely  

Have it taken care of there are two pharmacies in  town and there is a veterinarian 5 miles away oh   Zoe and Maui Zo Zo and Mau Mau we love you girls  time for some fun stuff okay skiing babe skiing  

Is 10 miles away 22 minutes hiking 16 miles away  43 minutes but I will say you’re surrounded by   mountains you probably hike right out your back  door look at that topography I would say official  

Hiking place so anyway here it is beautiful I mean  I could hike all over that that’s so pretty months   of hiking seriously where’s the beach the beach  is a little bit over and an hour away not too bad  

Mhm there are two post offices in town and you  can send a postcard invite your family to come   stay with you you know depending on who they are  and what their relationship is you give them a   two-day mattress a three-day mattress if you’re  really close a seven-day mattress but at that  

Point you know maybe that’s enough yeah although  in this place you have three bedrooms and two   baths so you can actually all have your own space  perfect coming over with kiddos or you want to go  

Back to school there are plenty in the area and  what is that Biagi we’re just missing a g and a o o Biaggio you know I’m feeling kind of at  home here my name is starting to show up in  

The mountains and the hills I like hey last  week I got Michele so that’s right Michele   with one L let’s talk about temps baby how  hot we can be so I really like this one babe thanks Alexa Alexa [Laughter] so Alexa  says the average high in the hottest month is  

68° this place is really making me excited yep  that temperature weather perfect what is that   for Celsius 20° Celsius in the hottest month of  the year the average beautiful humidity is not   too bad either babe no there’s a tiny sliver of  pink for oppressive but you barely see it maybe  

1% maybe I don’t see it if the word’s not there  it’s not going to be oppressive but you know looks   good looks good mobile and internet back to the  Verizon chart because there was no Wind Tre or  

Tim Tim bro dog dude where are you bro Starlink  it’s available all throughout Italy yeah that   works perfect so you’re you’re connected does  Amazon deliver Miss Amazonesia no okay here we   go I’m not doing that I’m not going to throw you  under the bus does Amazon deliver babe of course  

They do one to three days delivery if you want a  nifgaff you know I ordered four niffgaffs like six   years ago uh two of them got here and I don’t know  what to do with them I don’t really know what they  

Are but they were pretty cheap and they came in  one to three days so you know get your niffgaff   obviously that’s what a niffgaff is is it the  spoon is it the fork is it the knife is it the  

Plate is it the top and it’s a dish drain and  utensil holder okay so it’s a a niffgaff is a   dish strainer notice I did not put it in Italian  this week yeah sorry about that babe okay our  

Checklist for this property no air conditioning  but those temps are great so I don’t know if you   need it there fireplace yes gorgeous fireplace  beautiful floors those ceilings with the chestnut   beams and the terracotta terraces because there  are two gorgeous terraces on this property and  

What do you see from those terraces babe a view  amazing view in this property view you don’t have   a garage but you park uh about 160 feet away they  said thank you uh a great garden a large garden  

You know you could live off the land right cantina  not really cuz they’re all living spaces and there   is no pool however next week we are bringing you  a pool as promised property information for you   guys one more time Coreglia Antelminelli $170,000  three bedroom two bath lots of living spaces over  

1700 square feet unbelievable 1300 ft garden two  beautiful terraces that’s right and so much to   love oh this is a great property it really is in a  medieval town I love it mhm we love you guys thank
