lentil – 200g
water – 1,5l
onion – 1 medium
carrot – 2 medium
celery – 1 medium
guanciale – 100g
olive oil – 40g
red wine – 40g
tomato paste – 40g
salt, pepper, italian herb
Receipt – add oil to the pan, fry the onion, add guanciale, carrots, celery, tomato paste and spices. Then add the lentils and water and cook over low heat until the lentils are cooked. When everything is ready, grind everything in a blender to get a puree soup.
