He Well hello everybody thank you for joining us here on travel tour taste we are in koui Bay which is in Tunisia the weather’s been stunning the hotel is stunning and for the second time we’re going to be trying out the Italian restaurant but having something a little

Bit different I’m going to go with fish dish Sarah’s sticking to what she had the first time we came into this restaurant which was the steak and the lasagna and the Caesar salad but we’re going to show you all of that this evening now this is only just changed to

An Italian restaurant cuz as you can see it used to be an Asian restaurant and at the moment it’s only open a couple of days a week so you’ve got a book if you come out of season but generally in High season both restaurants or all three

Restaurants cuz there are three of them you’ve got the main dining room you’ve got the Italian and you’ve got the Tunisian so three to choose from in High season you can go to any of them what I’d say is book 24 hours before or come and see this wonderful gentleman and

He’ll get you booked in so you can come and enjoy your food thank you so much we’ll be in in 2 minutes so come and see them or you can book at reception or at the main dining room as well like I said app season

There only one or two days a week for the Italian and the Tunisian we’re going to be doing the Tunisian tomorrow evening cannot wait for that one but the main dining room does all of these Foods as well it’s just these little two restaurants are a little bit more

Romantic a little bit more of a a calm atmosphere there’s not hundreds of people in there you know it seats around I would say about 30 people we’ll find out how many seats it’s actually got inside it so let’s not waste any more time let’s pop in and get on with this

Grub so as you can hear and as you can see it’s a beautiful quaint little they prepare all the food here right in front of you which is fantastic we saw it the other night the chefs are amazing the quality of the food as you’ll see once again is outstanding as we talk

They’re just preparing cuz it’s another 5 minutes or so until it opens and you’ve got the music going on in the background very romantic very sweet very comfortable and very warm and like I said before the staff are amazing and so is the food I can’t wait Now he is one class Chef we you’ll see him on a couple of the photos as well but here’s a class class Chef indeed and so with the rest of his team there’s only a few of them that work in this restaurant which is great makes it very personal indeed [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] well as you can see my appetizer and Serv appetizer has already appeared only a few minutes to prepare which is fantastic all lovely and fresh got some sauce on there croutons some lettuce in there some Tomatoes some cheese that cheese is very different to England so

They’ve got about four or five different types that are normally on the buffet just check out the different ones some of them might be to your taste some of them might not be to your taste right so basic Caesar salad little bit different from what our Caesar salad is in England

But I had this the other night and it was today for really nice so let’s just get a massive scoop get a little bit of everything on there bit of that sauce croutons there’s onions in there as well let’s get a tomato on there wrap it

Around the fork and are you ready uh uh Uh it’s got a a c on in there m all the different textures really do warm up the palette ready for the starter and ready for the main it really really does it gets gets gets some more going it’s like an ocean of different tastes and textures going off inside

Your mouth at the same time I’m going to talk into this Sarah’s going to talk into hers and we’ll bring you back when our starters arrive well the starters have arrived and we had well I had this the other night Sarah had the lasagna the other night beautifully presented Simply

Stunning you know a lot of care has been taken with that and look at the decoration on the plate as well plate is lovely and warm keeping it all all nice and bubbly inside so I’m going to tuck into this like I said the other night

Was really really nice let’s see if it’s as good tonight I think even the chefs are waiting an anticipation look at that few layers of pasta in there a few layers of mint and the tomato in between let’s stick some of that dressing on there let’s have a bit of tomato and get

It all in one go ah just like the other night really cheesy nice and soft very moist no crunchiness to it so it’s not overdone it’s not underdone which is simply perfect the way that you want it to be the cheesiness the miness that you can

Taste a couple of spices in those mints as well lovely to I thought much better than I can make you know and it’s not very often I say things like that because I quite like my own cooking but this as always five star now Sarah is gone for the ravioli

And um she wants me to do to let you guys know exactly how it tastes it looks good again nice presentation looks like salmon ravioli um so we’re going to tuck into that I’m going to use a different fork for that one spoon EG spoon there’s some tomato in there as

Well more green dressing it’s almost like a minty dressing I think it’s like pesto yeah like like a pesto um dressing on top have a taste of that a real creamy milky almost just tastes a little bit cheesy I think there might be a little bit in there as well sauce that

It’s souping around in so it could almost be like a soup and ravioli at the same time soup and bastard dish not bad I’m not a massive fan of ravioli but this is good this is good I I must say we’re weak to the holiday and

I haven’t tried any bad food yet that like i’ turn my nose up so um it’s all good and may it continue and I’m sure it will back to Sarah oh my word just Feast your eyes on that doesn’t that look Simply Stunning now this Mash is very different from the

Mash that you get in England it’s grated potato Olive oil and butter and this underneath I thought when we had it the other day it was going to be crispy but it wasn’t it was quite sweet and quite soft and it’s an anti joke now I didn’t

Think I liked anti jokes but I actually do I do now and this is toat toat fish toat fish and um D was it dorat dorat fish that’s it I knew it was something like that um it looks Simply Stunning I love sea food as most of you guys

Already know we’ got a bit of carrot bit of cucumber and a little bit of broccoli rped with a beautiful sweet sauce so and muscles of course did you see the vid did you see the pictures yesterday on my Facebook page go check them out the muscles were stacked three TS High

Unbelievable right what should I try first let’s um let’s try this this fish dip it in that sauce do you want to get right in there sir dip it in that sauuce just mop it up and see what this is like don’t think I’ve had this fish before not that I Remember yep that works that really works that’s a real nice quality of fish very soft very tender and you get that real feel and taste of the sea from that fish the skin not chewy at all and no bones in it from what I’ve just had which is always a really good sign

It’s been filled absolutely beautiful look at that and the skin just falling off it look how that glistens with all the sauce all over the muscles as well cucumber we all know what cucumber tastes like in carrot and broccoli but let’s have a bit of this

Anti choke and see if it’s as nice as it was the other night with a mash as you can see looks very very Bland but it’s not it’s full of flavor full of texture and there’s a real a real sweet taste to it that I seem to get S I

Didn’t get that the other night but I seem to get that and that works really well it’s a good combination of that really different mashed potato not like our English one like I said and the art choke works an absolute treat these pawns look like they’re

Cooked in some sort of spicy horse but we’ll check it out it’s like sweet spice but not not hot not hot so it’s really really good and Sarah I’ll just quickly show you Sarah’s gone with a steak that we both had on the first night we were in

Do you want to just show the guys that sir so it’s basically the same so steak and then I’ve got some pepper corn sauce carrot broccoli cucumber and then the same the mashed potato with the ARA choke and the tomato and then they do a like a little dress in here which is

Quite Pleasant to look at but we’re not going to let this get any any colder we want to tuck in cuz it is delicious so we’ll be back right at the endend when we choose a dessert I don’t know what we’re going to get but it was really nice the other night some

Fruit and like a a trouble type thing but we’ll see what we get tonight see you shortly well that Mediterranean main fish dish was truly truly scrumptuous in the great words of Willie Wonka um and this is what happens when you tell the chef that you absolutely loved the king porns take a

Look and let me just add um inside the the fish the D dut doot d d I’ll get it right one of these days was um it was stuffed with seaweed and I absolutely love seaweed I think it was seaweed it certainly tasted like it and it

Certainly looked like it so that was a nice little surprise once I opened it right the way up and just jumping back to the starters at the beginning of the video um that salad that Caesar salad was a chicken Caesar salad so there were bits of chicken sliced chicken

Underneath the salad and all the greens and the croutons and the tomatoes and and the onions and the Beautiful dressing that was all over the top of it well it looks like I’ve got another six King porns to tuck into and um if there

Anything to go by like I had in my M then um these are going to go down an absolute treat they’re going to have to roll me out of this restaurant this evening but I I love this place I really truly do I love the staff I love the food I

Love the presentation I love the ambience and and all the English people and the foreign people that we’ve spoken to the tunisians and the French and the Italians and the Germans they’ve all been wonderful you know it’s a really nice atmosphere in this hotel canuti

Bay last but not least oh I don’t know if I can can fit anything else in I’m absolutely stucked after all those porns as well we’ve got our dessert what’s this one set hanac cotta with strawberry strawberry Koolaid very very nice we did have this the other night so we’re having it again

And a little array of fruit there we got satuma strawberries Plum pomeg gramit seeds absolutely love pomeg gramit and of course good oldfashioned strawberries very healthy good for you looks amazing very refreshing at the end of a fantastic meal let’s not waste any time I’ll just tell you everybody knows what

This tastes like and it is as fresh as a daisy well let’s just have a quick taste of this Chie koola on top petta lovely let’s take a look at that wow look how it wobbles that shows how professionally done it is just oozes down the back of the

Throat very slimy very nice indeed I love it right guys I’ll catch you at the very end well I am completely stuffed I’ll tell you what the tunisians definitely know the way to a man’s heart is through his belly because that was unbelievable if you stay here at this

Hotel you definitely definitely got to put this restaurant on your to-do list from start to finish the service the presentation the Ambiance and the food were five star all the way through the Italian restaurant here at K Bay amazing amazing I need to go and put my feet up
