
A few of you chimed in so thank you, this is my first attempt at homemade pasta using a small pasta machine. I’ve been cooking for a while so it did help in understanding what the consistency should be, ie more moisture vs more flour etc.
Made a quick mashup on a go-pro. The angles are horrible as I don’t YouTube nor film, just go pro adventures etc for memories.
This was for a Cream sauce shrimp scampi, simple concoction of Butter,garlic, white wine, heavy cream and your basic seasonings.
