Ex rary the passage time of R passage will be reduced to 22 hours with 4 to 5 m SW from over sted s I’m not claiming it will be a SM right a lot better than the previously explained option furthermore this gives us a second chance to visit the P Islands on
The 15 hopefully the weather would have in so we will be able to conduct the bo it’s the same passage but the prevailing swell and wind will be coming from our Bo quarter which is a much angle for Comfort this port was very windy Tom and I had no Excursion plan so
We chose to explore the town on foot venturing out to the point where the Island’s first settlers lived surprisingly with no Uber available we end up walking a total of 10 miles the first group of settlers of about 150 people landed at July 28 1865 and they sheltered in pits dug into the
Rocks it was 70s night and a tablemate celebrated a birthday Mr Den celebrating his 32nd birthday the red velvet cake was absolutely delicious time to go to the [Applause] Show if you’re decked out in 70s gear then the 70s disco party is a [Applause] Must Captain Stig updated us on the change of course and why we’re not heading to the Faulkland Islands next basically due to high winds and high waves he discussed the initial plan Plan B and then he had a plan C the crew began securing the deck fastening the chairs and emptying the

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
So glad you’re enjoying your trip. I’m terrified of water so just the sight of those waves, yikes! It sure is the experience of a lifetime!
Thank you for sharing. I heard there was a change in the course due to rough seas. I loved the shot of the elephant and the bag. That was Hilarious. 😂
I pray the winds and the waves will behave so everyone can enjoy their cruise. I know you guys are excited to leave your cares behind and cruise around the world for 9 months. How is the food? Have they started repeating the main dining room menus? Praying for everyone on board and I look forward to the day I can take a cruise this length.
After walking 10 miles, that evening you must have had the best sleep of your time with the extra rocking of the ship.
This would have been the most exciting week if I was on this cruise, together with the crossing of the Gulf of Aden.
Did you really walk ten miles?
How did you fare through the drake shake?
I like this Captain’s sense of humor. Is this the cold water captain?
Wow. I didn't even know you could take a cruise around the world 😮. How long? That's fantastic.
oh I just loved this video, especially the map graphics at the end! Thank you for sharing your adventure! I can't wait to see how you far in the Drake, good luck! ♥
Looks calm compared to cruising the Bering Strait!
Wow that’s some weather. The shows look fantastic. Thanks for taking us along. Have a great week. Mary, Joes wife 🙇♀️👏💪👍🙏💐🛳💃🕺
