  3. I've been afraid to cook fish for a while…last time I tried was a disaster. But you make it look so easy with just a few simple ingredients… I'm going to give this one a try!

  4. This was a horrible white wine sauce. I don't know how to make it better. I did everything like the recipe called for, but it was just not my cup of tea. The flavor was slightly lemony but I tasted more acidic flavor and the white wine added more of a punch instead of being subtle (I did let the sauce/alcohol mixture simmer off but this wasn't a good sauce). I might just substitute it with chicken stock to see how well it turns out but I was sad that I bought such grocery items only it to be a total failure.

  5. why remove those wonderful aromatics and flavors from the sauce? it also creates more character to the simple looking white sauce

  6. I made this but I added toasted cashews on top, definitely worth doing, and adds textural balance
