[Music] ciao everyone we are back yes our home  search continues and we are back in Piemonte this   week yeah Piemonte tucked in the Northwestern  corner of Italy these are the plains nestled at  

The foot of the Alps I mean this is a very special  area look at the attention to detail in this home   this is unbelievable the arches obviously the  bricks and the floor and the walls and the paint   I mean this whole thing comes together perfectly  and look at this view it’s absolutely gorgeous  

I love it. this area known for amazing white  truffles which by the way are grown in nature   you can’t farm them not yet anyway the rice for  risotto and also barolo which we may or may not  

Be drinking right now salute salute okay look at  this view from a local golf course what I would   I would shoot a 137 because I’m distracted by  the views right unbelievable and a sneak peek   of a local winery yeah wow unbelievable okay  ready let’s get into it this beautiful house  

Is in Villamiroglio in Piemonte or Piedmont  $130,000 a two-bedroom two bath okay check   this out over 2100 square feet a quarter of an  acre of land plus another garden of 100 ft and a   garage this one will knock your socks off let’s  see where this beautiful little town is located

To my wife here’s the town look in the distance  it’s beautiful look at those cute little houses   little towns out there you can see some mountains  I mean this town actually looks pretty pretty well  

Kept right you know what do you think babe no I  love it cute quaint and probably quiet yeah we   love those things yeah definitely definitely as  long as we can get to other areas that have the  

Amenities that’s all we care about let’s take it  right up here um we’ll head straight okay wow look   at that view okay down that road on the right with  those white buildings that is where the front of  

The house is right so a little bit here to the  left look at that that is an arch an arch into   the old town which I love okay so let’s check  that out there’s a church I love that mhm and  

Then if you go to the right there that’s where  the back of the house is actually and then you   can see as you turn there is that archway again  which is so beautiful and straight ahead is the  

Church the church has a name Michele in it with  one L what’s her middle name what’s your middle   name babe Michele how many L’s one L one L so this  is where we were driving and we went underneath  

That arch and we took a right to the back of  the house okay this this is where the house   is okay we also said there was a garage this is  your garage right here this in this general area  

Is where your quarter acre is this is a special  piece of land property house life love beauty   it’s a special piece of everything everything  and it’s all yours for $130,000 U.S., U.S.,   here’s a picture of the garage that comes with  the property some of the land and then also this  

Outdoor kind of kitchen thing where I’m guessing  I’m going to make some pizza absolutely this is   a shot of the front of the house that door  is unbelievable I love it right what is that  

Spigot there do you know what that is I know what  is that it’s very pretty it looks like maybe what   we’d use in the states for a hose and outdoor  watering but that looks extra special yeah I  

Like it here’s coming in through the front door so  you can see the foyer or the foy-ay the beautiful   brick work the floors those doors the stairwell  here’s another shot of that I mean look at those  

Steps I mean the brick is unbelievable right it  really is the back of the front door so pretty   yeah look at the window above that front door okay  look through that archway babe yep and inside that   archway is is the living and gorgeous ceilings  look at those ceilings that is unbelievable  

So inside that space you have a dream you know  this is the dream that we all have I think it’s   the dream that we have look at those ceilings  unbelievable so pretty here’s another view of   that pretty living room the fireplace the mantel  the brick work it’s just so pretty the furniture  

Is okay it’s not really our style the furniture  is not included in the sale of the property so   that works for us cuz we want to put our own stuff  in there right mhm and here’s another great view  

Look at that mantel the ceilings you can see the  dining room and the kitchen off in the distance   and what I really love about this one is so many  windows so the ceilings are higher it makes it  

Feel a little more open not as cave like as it  can tend to sometimes but it’s so pretty it’s   light and bright and regal it is here’s a dining  room table and to the left is a sewing machine  

An old antique Singer sewing machine there’s a  closeup of that you know this doesn’t come with   the house babe but it kind of shows the feel  and the vibe of this place I mean this is it’s  

Really pretty I like it yeah here’s a closeup of  the kitchen you can see the granite countertops   the granite backsplash and again that big window  that just makes it so light and bright it’s a good  

Space for sure yeah this is open concept living  at its finest in Italy look at this huge open   space obviously the beautiful ceilings right  but everything that happens in here everyone   is together you’re making great memories this  place is perfect it is all right let’s head up  

That second set of stairs you can see looking down  in the dining room the living room and then as you   head up the stairs you can see the kitchen and  then you can see the stairwell as you keep going  

Up and then you get to the hallway upstairs with  the beautiful stained glass look at that I know I   love that okay so let’s go down that hallway first  door on the right here we are this is the stairway  

That you just came up mhm and here is the first  bedroom wow look at the size of the space that’s   a big room yeah it’s really nice and bright with  the window and the paint it’s a really good size  

And then you can see it from this other angle you  could get a king size bed in there if that’s not   already a king yeah absolutely yep so let’s head  out that door and we’re in this hallway right here  

We’re going to head to the second bedroom on the  right wow look at that bedroom babe what do you   think it’s a good size space for sure what do you  think of that mattress I knew you were going to  

Say something there there’s no sheet on it uh it’s  slightly discolored on one side but anyway I’m not   going to lay on that mattress with no sheets with  my shirt off it’s not being sold at the house so  

You’re fine perfect perfect yep however there is a  door leading out to a balcony terrace to a terrace   to a lanai so we’re in Hawaii and look at that  view we are now in Hawaii where we went on our  

Honeymoon love you babe love you after we recorded  the entire video we lost half of the recording and   had to re-record the last half needless to say we  got punchy emotional and slightly exasperated with   emotions running high we lost control and had a  laughing fit so we’re back in the hallway we’re  

Going to take a right into the second bedroom  [Laugher] I don’t know why that’s funny but here’s   the bedroom the mattress is funny cuz there’s no  sheet on it but go ahead it’s not being sold the [Laughter] house and very [Laughter] Focus  stay in class [Laughter] stay in class okay  

And oh my gosh [Laughter] what’s in front of  you babe there’s a [Laughter] door that to a   to a terrace [Laughter] and look at that view  that that [Laughter] view is beautiful okay now   all [Laughter] right um my eyes are watering  [Laughter] it’s okay so so here we go and um  

Let’s go back into the hallway [Laughter] and go  to the bathroom there’s the cute bidet [Laughter]   I’m sorry I’m sorry oh my gosh I’m crying  [Laughter] okay babe anyway um what would you   rate that cute bidet a we can’t rate we can’t we  can’t see [Laughter] it so it can’t get rated we  

Have to start over love you guys now this is we’re  going with it we love you guys so much we’re going   with it this bathroom excuse me this bathroom  has a nice view okay [Laughter] and now we’re  

Going to go back into the hallway and there it is  and babe you know when something just strikes you   funny that’s what happened we’re going to leave  it happens to us often but we’re going to leave  

It because it was a moment in time okay but uh  we’ll see you through that doorway okay so we   are composed now sort of composed and we’re going  to go through we’re in this hallway right here  

We’re going to go through that door and what are  we going to see babe we are going to see an extra   special surprise which is boom what another living  space with another fireplace yep and look at those   ceilings and floors so pretty those ceilings  are gorgeous yes it’s a bonus space for sure  

I mean look at that there’s the fireplace again  beautiful light coming in I mean we really like   this place yep from this angle you can see  that there is a door it looks like it might  

Be an exterior door babe let’s take a look we’re  standing right there at that door and boom this   is an exterior door look at the beautiful iron and  the knocker on there we really like that and this  

Is it this is the back of the house yeah remember  when we came through that arch at the end of that   uh little alleyway down there is the arch we  came through to get into the oldtown this is  

The back entrance into the house it is gorgeous  coming back in through that door you go down   the stairs and then you’re back in the foyer  there we go or the foyer foyer or the [Music] foy-yay right off of that foyer is another  bathroom it’s a cute half bath perfect downstairs  

You can make it work yep okay time for some need  to knows hospital there are multiple the closest   one is a half an hour away doctor again there are  multiple the closest is 8 minutes away dentists  

There are some teeth in the surrounding areas I’m  going to say one tooth in town cuz I like to say   it one tooth in town it’s not directly in town but  I would say one tooth in town 15 minutes away mhm  

And there is one Pharmacy 8 minutes away as you  can see there are multiple restaurants in the area   the closest one is 7 minutes away okay take a look  at that this is one of those restaurants I can can  

See you and I smooching no I can see you and I  sitting at this table drinking some wine salute   salute and enjoying that fireplace mhm and this  is the same restaurant outside and if you all have   been watching our videos you know exactly where I  would be sitting alfresco dining for the Jaimewife  

I mean look at that view so pretty I would be  there two or three days a week I think oh my gosh   it’s beautiful yep here’s another restaurant  look at the ceilings I mean I think there’s   something about Piemonte where the architecture  has these bricks and these beautiful ceilings like  

Our one video from you know maybe a month ago  yes similar type of unbelievable ceilings this   is in that restaurant we love it yep we do and  bonus there’s air conditioning uh look at this   uh what does Jaime like alfresco dining absolutely  here we are outside again look at those ceilings  

Okay I’d be there a lot mhm if for some crazy  reason you’re sick of eating at those beautiful   restaurants the grocery store is only four minutes  away and look at this this is like what we would  

Call a farmers market uh what do we have here what  don’t we have here bananas pineapples cantaloupe   oranges it might be kiwi or potatoes and pears and  peaches and plums and lettuce and celery asparagus   you know everything yeah and Piemonte actually is  well known for amazing fruits and vegetables so I  

See this I’m like yes this might be the place for  us want to make some friends and hang out with the   locals it is only 4 minutes away to the nearest  bar and if you want to elevate your drinking or  

You want to elevate your drinking you can go to a  winery a winery is the closest one is 11 minutes   away but there are multiple in the area okay are  you sitting down okay ready 1 2 3 sit down okay  

I’m sitting down here we go oh my gosh okay yep  the Alps snowcapped mountains and you’re drinking   wine in a winery I mean I think that maybe salute  I could have that in my life and if that didn’t  

Elevate your drinking this absolutely will because  it is spectacular uh how can I get there and how   quickly can I get there it’s so beautiful it’s  exactly what you picture I mean this house seems   like it’s in a pretty good area babe think  you know there might be a couple things that  

Interest me interest us interest you time for  some fun stuff skiing an hour away and it looks   like that out your back door while you’re skiing  sounds great gosh uh the beach where’s the beach no now we’re ready where’s the

Beach it’s an hour and a half away I’m glad you  did that I know I can’t these are not prescription   sunglasses and she needs her glasses sorry babe  I’m sorry love you though so I had to put my  

Glasses on so I could actually see the beach and  it is beautiful that coastline it reminds me a   lot of our New England coastlines here with  the rocks and kind of the darker sand those   buildings though the only thing that doesn’t  fit is the palm trees there’s no palm trees  

In New England yeah Maine does not have palm  trees no unless it’s in someone’s greenhouse   and if they’re doing that uh it’s kind of weird  they’re kind of weird if you like to golf or if   you don’t like to golf but you like to ride  around with someone who does like to golf  

Okay the closest golf course is 17 miles away  and there are a ton in this area and are you   sitting down again because this is your view  wow I mean I wouldn’t be able to concentrate  

My swing is out the window I’m going to four putt  probably because I’m looking at the views anyway   gorgeous as you might have expected there is a  lot of amazing hiking in this area the closest  

One to this property is about 16 minutes away  and it looks like this that is very rugged and beautiful I think you’re rugging a beautiful babe  a you love me yes this actually reminds me of out  

West like Montana I was going to say Hawaii really  I was going to say I was going to say Kauai not   the pine trees but look at those mountains oh the  mountains yeah yeah looks like but then all the  

Pine and everything it reminds me of out West very  interesting area another round of need to knows   gas station 6 minutes away gym there’s a couple  gyms in the area yep clothing store closest one  

Is 7 minutes away a lot in the area that’s right  if you’re wandering around the town naked and you   need some clothes you can get some please don’t  do that no you might get arrested hardware stores  

There’s multiple in the area the closest one is  15 minutes away hair salons a little bit of this   a little bit of that actually Jaime just got her  haircut I did she looks super cute a thanks babe  

Muah and as I always say you can send a postcard  to your family I think this time send one to your   grandma keep in touch let her know what you’re  doing she will love you till the day you die  

Right so post office 4 minutes away coming over  with kiddos there are four schools 8 minutes away   yep let’s talk about temps baby how hot we can be  she is talking about temps temps uh the average  

High in the hottest month is 75° 23° C for those  of you who use the Celsius scale right mhm that’s   pretty good yes I mean look at the humidity  it’s a little oppressive slightly oppressive  

Kind of muggy no miserable on this one there’s no  miserable and it can be humid but it’s only for a   couple two or three months that’s pretty normal  wherever you go so this place actually looks  

Pretty good yep mobile and internet not the usual  map because there was no Fastweb mobile no TIM no   WindTre TIM what are you doing yeah yeah but you  have Verizon and it’s 5G so let’s do that and   Starlink is available all throughout Italy does  Amazon deliver Jaimewife of course they do they

Checklist for this property air conditioning  no fireplace Yes actually two yeah that’s   sweet beautiful floors yes gorgeous ceilings  in abundance we have the brick and then we have   the wood in that second living area woo so nice  terrace we have the balcony we have that extra  

Property you have a view yep you have a garage you  have a garden yep you know and there’s no cantina   there’s no pool no there is additional storage  in the house that’s right and besides the garage
