This was a great little driving trip in the summer of 2019. Starting with a few days spent in Rome, we headed north along the coast to the island of Elba, then inland to the Tuscan countryside, wandering slowly up to Florence and the Chianti region and eventually to Pisa, then back down to Rome. Much great scenery along the way, and of course great food and wine too. And the nicest people!
