Here this dish covered in truffle like covered in black truffles six euros this in the u.s easily probably 20 bucks 30 bucks amazing deal the owner comes to you personally and show you the steak That looks good one and a half kilo steak that looked beautiful 1.56 kilos of just gorgeous smelling plate of t-bone meat they don’t ask you how you want your steak it is all cooked the same way usually five minutes on each side They don’t put a lot of seasoning on this you only get a little bit of salt on this just so you can taste that great flavor of the steak yourself and the steak is not very fatty so it doesn’t do the typical melting thing as much But on the filet part of the t-bone it’s just so so tender i just like butter you definitely get more of an intense beefy flavor from this cut it just tastes so clean and also that gray smoke from the oak wood fire and that’s how every one of these steaks is
Cooked it might be a little too rare for a lot of people but if you are ever here give it a try this is some mind-blowing stuff you can also get it with a drizzle of olive oil if you want that’s also something that people do i like mine
With just a little bit of pepper that’s pretty darn perfect i also get that great char from the fire that only open flames could bring there’s still so much good meat on the bones right here Tastiest part of the steak in my opinion well look at this pringle twisty machine huh original sour cream i think there’s barbecue in here too paprika anyway back in my line now i’m such an awesome experience going on a truffle hunt and getting to experience monte pociano one of the prettiest

The 14$meat plate is OMG{; Also im from the Catskill in NY i have seen cow tipping and I this it's so mean they do it at night in the early am and the cow is sleeping well resting really I think asleep because it only took 2 guys to run and ram him and down it went they don't just push it over but yes they call it cow tipping. I wasn't there for that crap I was there for my self and with my girlfriend we went to get shrooms, yes mushrooms the fun kind but that tipping was too much to handle. That cheese is called havarti cheese and it is amazing so creamy it's the only one that I get when I know that someone serving it you can get it in most grocery stores have that havarti cheese
