Hi everyone it’s very nice to have you with us  today we are back so today we have a very special   property I know recently I said the property we  were reviewing this is my favorite one this one  

Is my favorite one of all time okay let’s check  this one out so holding the number one spot this   week for Biaggio is this beauty look at the  attention to detail the stone the ceilings  

The arches the floors oh my gosh I’m in love  with her and I’m in love with this place I was   wondering what you’re were going to say there  good answer babe look at this stone that is   amazing that is some fine craftsmanship  for sure seriously and look at the cute  

Mailbox I love it and look at this gorgeous  terrace as you all know I love outdoor dining outdoor lounging this is spectacular maybe one  reason this is my new favorite is because I’ve   always wanted an outdoor internal courtyard this  one has it look at this that is the ultimate in  

Privacy and outdoor space I love it if you want  all of this and much more in an area like this   there’s the cute town let’s get into it so as  you all know we are looking for a home in Italy  

We are researching every region looking at so  many properties this one might surprise you   but it’s worth looking into a million percent  for sure yeah this home is in Busachi which   is in Sardegna or Sardinia how I have to say  it because I cannot roll my tongue if anyone  

Has any tips or tricks yeah I welcome them  please let her know $162,000 three-bedroom two bath 1830 square feet right and you have 430  square feet extra for an external courtyard   beautiful love this place and let’s check out  where this home is located it is on an island  

In Sardinia in the middle of the Mediterranean  and this town is absolutely gorgeous yeah look   at that mhm there are multiple fairies to this  island the airport is less than an hour and a half  

Away you have a train station 15 minutes away and  you have three bus stops in town so we did planes   and trains ferries now automobiles it’s an hour  and a half to get to Cagliari what movie oh my  

Gosh Cagliari is the capital city of Sardinia and  it has 155,000 residents so don’t think if you’re   on an island you’re too remote 150,000 you will  have whatever you need yep time to check out this   beautiful house right so let’s walk into the foyer  also known as the foyer for our European friends  

Yes and here’s a floor plan right there’s the  foyer let’s go into the bedroom on the left wow   look at the trim work the molding those beautiful  French doors I love it the floors the ceilings  

The stone wall W that’s the same Stone on the  outside of the building I want that in my bedroom   unbelievable it’s gorgeous so here’s another  view in that same room absolutely gorgeous the   stone above the doorway oh my gosh such attention  to detail really right uh you can see it’s also  

Over that window let’s go out into the foyer okay  what’s in front of us babe I think it’s a living   room where maybe I could salute drink some wine  with my beautiful wife so even just looking at the  

Little details the keys on the wall the stairwell  with the bowls and you have this adorable pellet   stove to heat your home yeah I bet that probably  heats the entire house at least the center of the  

House I me it’s very affordable pellet stoves as  well so this is your living room look at the stone   it’s framed out look at that ceiling you have  the beautiful Arch I mean this place I don’t  

Know beautiful light in there it’s fine it’s fine  maybe maybe if someone gave it to me I’d take it   but I would drink wine if I had to choose a chair  I’m going to choose the chair on the left looks  

A little comfy and I’m going to sit there and  drink my red wine and there’s air conditioning   finally air conditioning ding ding ding I love  air conditioning we can’t live without air   conditioning all right so there’s the living room  and then right off that space is a bathroom ooh a  

Bathroom with air conditioning ooh and a bathroom  with a c what’s the score uh it’s a little close   to the sink so I’m going to give it a six out of  10 I don’t want to hit my head when I’m doing my  

Stuff all right fa enough fair enough it is cute  though I would give it a seven mhm okay and the   best feature of this bathroom is the beautiful  claw foot tub look at that o look at that wow  

That is just so beautiful I mean they’ve really  done a great job serious attention to detail in   this house I mean unbelievable it’s true so you  exit the bathroom into the living room and back  

Into the foyer right and we’re going to go out  that door right there that door goes to your your   courtyard as well as the basement which is also  called The Cantina Cantina um before we do let’s  

Take a look at that what what would you guys call  it an inset a niche let’s take a look boom right   there I mean the light the stone you can put some  cool things in there I really like it okay let’s  

Go out that door which is right there and we’re  going to take a left to head towards the Cantina   so this is the space leading to The Cantina  personally I’d probably add a table and chairs  

There some Market lights they’re using it to store  wood but I’d use it for another eating area yeah   um and then through those doors the Cantina and  they are using it for wine storage because I’m   sure the temperature is pretty on point perfect  so if you turn around from this location you see  

Beautiful stone wall obviously this is outside  this is your internal Courtyard there’s sunlight   there you’re going to grow things you’re going  to grow grapes and make wine maybe down in that   Cantina that’s what I would do right uh let’s turn  around some more okay wow now we’re looking at the  

Second floor as we call it in America but the  next level up uh there is a Terrace and you can   see below where the white is that’s that bathroom  that’s off the living room so here is an aerial  

Shot of that courtyard woo love that two levels  partially covered then uncovered it’s so great M   I don’t know if you could grow grapes out there  babe but you could give it a shot I’ll try you  

Know me I’m going to try anything so we’re coming  back in from the courtyard through those doors   right there gorgeous doors oh my gosh I love those  those are woo um we’re going to come up here we’re  

Going to go up these steps right here these steps  lead to the kitchen look at this kitchen okay the   thatched roof I haven’t seen that in any of the  properties that we’ve looked at so far that is so  

Unique and so special is a little Hawaiian it does  have a little Haw an island island and sainia is   an island island maybe yep gorgeous fireplace the  stone wall I normally would not be down with green  

Cabinets bright green cabinets but these work it  works I wouldn’t touch it I wouldn’t touch it it’s   so pretty the backsplash the floors this space  is woo there’s my wine Chair by the fire and I   mean look at the attention to detail in this place  whoever’s house this is they have impeccable taste  

They do they really do yep all right one more  shot of this pretty kitchen you can really see   the backsplash here the beautiful stone above the  cooktop and look at that babe we have an outdoor   Terrace let’s check it out off the kitchen boom  love it that’s perfect for eating cook and then  

You eat right there and I will eat breakfast  that Jamie wife cooks for me so we know that   breakfast isn’t a huge meal in Italy it’s usually  pastries and coffee more of what we would call   like a continental breakfast but we like eggs and  English muffins and maybe sausage and coffee hash  

Browns hash browns Strawberry Short Cake we’re not  having strawberry short cake for breakfast Banana   Foster we don’t even have that regularly we’re  having it a breakfast so from that cute area you   look across the way and now you have your Terrace  your outdoor Terrace let’s take a look I mean look  

At that view look at that view a little bit of a  City View you’re looking at the hill side I mean   beautiful so you go from covered to then uncovered  I love that oh yeah okay so back in the kitchen  

You walk out that doorway up those stairs to the  bedrooms so here is the first bedroom up there   right right here I mean look at that you have the  thatched ceilings again you have the stone I mean  

Look at those floors those wide plank like the we  like the same things apparently so usually I don’t   love the furniture that people put in these places  but that headboard is perfect I mean look at that  

It looks like an interior designer put this home  together it has so much attention to detail it’s   beautiful it’s really great and then just one  more shot of this space you can see the Ved   ceilings there’s so much room in here and there’s  air conditioning woohoo exiting that bedroom room  

Go across the hall to the next bedroom look at  this beautiful so again another shot for different   perspective again a big room which is nice yeah  that stone wall yep I know unbelievable I’m sorry   I’m like drooling over the floors I’m not even  pay it’s so gorgeous this home is a stunner it  

Really is gorgeous so let’s exit this bedroom and  look at that door right there on the right that   is a bathroom located right here now wide plank  beautiful wood floors that’s beautiful look how   high those ceilings are in that bathroom I think  I see air conditioning and I think I see a cute  

Okay let’s do a quick recap of this property let’s  go through the front door into the foyer beautiful   the stairs let’s check out the living room look  at the ceiling bab I know they’re gorgeous the  

Beams yeah here’s the bedroom on the first level  a lot of space a lot of stone let’s go up into   the kitchen all right let’s do it fireplace  fireplace in the kitchen love Terrace look at  

The view look at the stairs let’s go check out  the bedrooms I mean this place really kind of   blows me away look at the details I mean okay  let’s store some wine and let’s all let’s have  

All of this in this beautiful Town yay love it  so before we go into the details about the town   and all the amenities we have to give a huge shout  out and thank you to psyche for the Super Chat on

Beautiful house is in a town let’s check out the  town right how many restaurants are there babe four sorry I thought you were going with that one  babe here is a nearby restaurant I mean that looks  

Beautiful dinner and wine under the stars I could  do it I could do it right absolutely uh I mean   beautiful I could eat some food I could drink  some wine I think it’s too bad though you know  

They don’t have any pasta a oh pasta and Seafood  yeah that’s another thing about this place right   babe lots of seafood tell them why because it’s  an island cuz we’re on an island in the middle   of the Mediterranean yes so prepare yourself for  some seafood want to eat at home there are three  

Grocery stores in town one within walking distance  of this property want to meet some locals and hang   out there are three bars in town and if you  want to elevate your drinking you can go to   a what Winery Winery boom there’s a winery I  cannot talk about a winery without some wine  

Here comes [Music] miles salute salute salute  babe so if this isn’t elevating your drinking   experience I don’t know what is this is a shot  from the winery not too bad no okay let’s wander  

Through the T down here we go okay look at the  beautiful Hill with the homes on it let’s go down   this street everything looks like it’s in great  condition you know what’s over here to the right  

Anything we can look at babe I bet there is that’s  beautiful a pretty view all right let’s keep going   let see what we get look at these buildings the  stone everywhere it’s beautiful so much Stone I  

Mean I could explore this town like crazy let’s  go down here to the right let’s see what we get   I don’t know okay hey hey babe let’s take a left  here okay where are we going let’s go up the side  

Street up the hill to the left babe okay keep  going keep going Stone and stone and more Stone   and Beauty look at those walls so pretty I say  we take it right okay let’s take a right let’s  

Go up here go slightly to the right I mean look  at the Shrubbery here we go let’s take a left   here our final turn our final turn the last turn  here we go are we going to the haty truck yeah  

Let’s go to the haty truck you know hey man  hey man he’s the Heyman the guy driving the   truck okay let’s turn around to the left look at  that stone it’s pretty nice not too shabby okay  

Okay let’s go back down the street just a hair  let’s just take a little step forward and turn   to our right I recognize there’s the house there  is the house this one is beautiful okay time for  

The fun stuff skiing an hour and a half away  hiking just over an hour away not too bad we   could hike there it looks like there’s tons of  hiking yeah for sure where’s the beach it is 40  

Minutes away from this property and look at how  beautiful the beaches are here that water looks   like the Caribbean honestly do it does you it’s  beautiful oh my gosh Crystal Clear Blue oh yeah   Heavenly let’s do it this is very important did  you know that Sardinia is one of the famous Blue  

Zone regions in the world and what does that mean  what does that mean that means that there are more   centenarians in this area 10 times more in fact  than the United States of America so because   people are living much longer in Sardinia and  healthier probably yes you don’t probably need  

To know this but the hospital is only a half an  hour away yeah I’m in a blue Zone I don’t need to   know where the hospital is I also don’t need to  know where the doctor is it’s 9 minutes away if  

You’re visiting but if you live there you don’t  need a doctor and well maybe you need a dentist   one tooth in town there’s one tooth in town and  there’s one Pharmacy in town besides the fact  

That this house is my favorite if it was a crap  hole if you will if it was a crap hole okay you   following me thought you said a CRA I would  move there a CP hole if you cropped up crop  

Circle no no crop circles or crop dusting if it  was a crap hole I would still move there because   we love Zoe and M and if those pups could live  in a Blue Zone and I get a little more time I  

Would totally do it and that being said the vet  is 25 minutes away if you want to expand your   brain there’s one school in town and if you want  to expand the jealousy of your family there are  

Two post offices in town and you can send them  some postcard say I’m in Sardinia in a Blue Zone   sorry so sorry not sorry not sorry let’s talk  about temps baby how hot we can be what are we  

Talking about oh we’re talking about temperature  yes okay temperature we are what is that that   looks like 72° as a high is that right that’s  unbelievable that’s what it says however you go   over to the humidity scale and I’m not liking  that as much I don’t like the word miserable I  

Don’t like the word oppressive and muggy sucks a  little bit too uh but you know you deal with it   for a couple months months maybe 3 months I don’t  know yeah not totally sure about this one I don’t  

Think it’s as bad as where we live no but it’s  not and we don’t live in the Amazon no as a hint   but it’s almost the jungle I think it’s the jungle  pretty close it feels like the jungle it does all

Right okay woo okay mobile and internet mobile and  internet mobile and internet vone is the leader   once again 4G plus 4G they had more coverage Tim  is there he’s in the running he didn’t have as  

Much coverage as vone but it’s very close and then  winre 4J plus a lot of them have fiber options for   your home and then starlink is available all  throughout Italy it seems pretty good you’re   almost connected if you live on an island don’t  think that you’re going to get things quick  

You’re not if you want a hanger for whatever  reason to hang some meat or whatever you’re   going to do hang yeah one hanger uh four to 8  Days delivery so you know not too bad not too  

Good 6 days delivery 8 Days 10 days I don’t know  but it’s really 4 to8 days delivery so there we   go even though Amazon takes a while to deliver  everything you need is on the island there are   hair salons there are car washes there’s clothing  stores there’s hardware stores everything you need  

Is there the island has 1.7 million inhabitants  you’re covered you’re good yeah okay here we go   with our checklist you know this is my favorite  place so far and it’s the first place that has   air conditioning ding ding ding ding ding ding  ding D ding d d my favorite air conditioning so  

We have air conditioning we have a fireplace we  have beautiful floors we have amazing ceilings   wood ceilings thatched ceilings and multiple  Terraces really yep beautiful what else do we   have what what do we see from that Terrace babe  pretty town and Hillside view there is no garage  

There is the courtyard obviously Cantina yes where  they’re storing wine there is no pool but I think   I could live without a pool on this property it’s  absolutely gorgeous this property is amazing if   you want to walk into magnificence this is the  property for you right this one is in bace which
