What up guys welcome in and I thank you for being here we’re going to go ahead and split the spaghetti squash because we’re going to make the viral Tick Tock pasta that went viral two years ago um and we’re going to go ahead and scoop

Them seeds out and the guts out of the spaghetti squash and just get them ready to be seasoned we’re going to drop a little olive oil in there get that brushed around go in with the pepper go in with the salt garlic powder and then Italian seasoning season these things up

Good go ahead and flip them over and then poke some holes in them they will crack if they’re a little hard it is what it is then I took a block of feta split it in half put it in each side and then we went in with our cherry tomatoes

And then we popped this guy in the oven 350 for about an hour go ahead and scoop it out put it in the bowl and I tell you guys thisy stuff smells so good and being a berry it taste it even better because I can’t really have pasta
