Okay we are back in Umbria two weeks in a row why  are we in Umbria babe we just couldn’t pass this   one up it’s so pretty and Umbria is such a great  location in Italy it’s pretty much the central  

Location yeah so look at these barrel vaulted  ceilings amazing floors I mean this one is it is   and you have this beautiful terrace with a really  pretty view yeah look at that I mean look at the  

Hillside a little bit of mountains over there I  see some shrubbery shrubbery you want to live in   a town that has restaurants with this view this  might be the place for you yeah and look at this  

Is a bar in town I mean look at how beautiful that  is all right just inside here we go let’s get into   it property information again we are in Ficulle in  Umbria $160,000 a two bedroom two bath just under  

2,000 square ft Perfect all right let’s check  this out where is Ficulle right in the center   of Italy I mean look at that beautiful hillside  town so cute I love this town all right here’s  

A picture of the entire property but this listing  is for that third on the right side they have kept   the address private understandably um so we can’t  get an aerial view but we do have this picture and  

A few other of the outside yeah it’s really cute  here is another shot of that property I mean look   at that stonework I mean that really is meticulous  it looks like it took a long time and I love it so  

This is a completely restored farmhouse with all  the classic Umbrian styles the terracotta floors   ceilings beams those are the ceilings I love the  wood beams and the terracotta I mean I love that   yeah and this space is really big actually which  is nice I mean there’s a closeup of the kitchen  

That’s a beautiful stove I mean that sink is  extra special looks original the hood the one   thing that I would say is missing is some counter  space right so I don’t know if you’re putting an  

Island in there or whatever you need but you  can make this work yeah for sure okay here is   another shot of that space from a different angle  there’s a lot of space in there right look at that  

Fireplace right it’s pretty okay here’s what  I say we do right now let’s walk through that   front door and check out the space here we go okay  wow I guess there’s a terrace at the front that’s  

Nice extra space here we go we’re walking in I  even like the front door yeah you can see the   stairs are beautiful the kitchen see if we can  take a look at that fireplace right there that’s  

That looks original I really like that space it’s  so cozy yeah I could drink some wine in there you   think mhm so here’s the space next to the kitchen  area again with that that gorgeous barrel vault   ceilings the floors another sizable space which  is awesome and right off of there you have this  

Beautiful terrace yeah we love that terrace and  and there’s also a little smaller terrace off to   the side a balcony also in that space you know  I like it very much oh cutesy okay here is this  

Space from another angle okay what does it look  like when you walk in the room let’s take a look   okay we’re coming from the kitchen area look  at the wood above that’s beautiful again that  

Beautiful door there’s the little uh cute balcony  to the side you know here’s a a shot of the entire   space love the love the floors let’s go walk out  onto that balcony that’s nice terrace yeah it  

Really is I like the pine trees that’s a big space  actually 107 Square ft that’s a good space yeah   look at that door going back in I love that door  right let’s head back in let’s go through this  

Door to the stairs right cuz we’re going to go  upstairs next let’s check it out here we go we’re   coming around the corner let’s go up the stairs so  here’s a picture of the stairs which I also love  

And you go up there to the right and you head into  another bedroom ooh that’s nice right I love that   even look at the stonework or brick around the  window frame look how pretty that is beautiful  

The floors the ceilings again a lot of large  furniture in there that I would probably not have   to have extra space but what a great room yeah  I mean I sleep in the same bed as my wife so we  

Would take one bed out of there we don’t need two  we need one they might be running it out multiple   beds for multiple folks okay here’s a space from  another angle I mean look at that giant window  

With the beautiful view and all of that light the  wood above that window and what’s that up there I   mean that’s a little loft loft I don’t know what’s  going on there but I want to go up there right  

Good kiddos space or reading nook or storage yeah  those beams are beautiful the brick surrounding   I mean this place is nice look at the trim work  yeah it’s really really nice okay now we’re going   up the steps we’re going to take a right and  we’re going to go into that bedroom check this  

Out those floors are beautiful obviously there’s  the bathroom but let’s take it right into this   bedroom here’s a nice shot from that there’s the  beautiful window you have plenty of space for a   desk and a chair and two beds and two nightstands  and a closet back there yeah that’s really nice um  

There’s that loft again a fan to keep you nice  and cool keep the air moving I like it I need   a fan yeah let’s check it out yes let’s check out  that bathroom first of all I love the green doors  

They’re so cute but bathroom shower toilet sink  cute that is actually a very cute bidet I like it   a lot what’s the score tell me I’m going to give  it an eight out of 10 cuz it looks new fresh and  

Clean in there and I I like the position of that  cute bidet so eight out of 10 all right let’s go   into the next bedroom on that same floor again  another giant space two beds gorgeous ceilings  

Beautiful floors multiple windows I love it this  place is special okay here is another shot of that   bedroom from a different angle obviously we love  the floors obviously we love the ceilings a little  

Built-in over there I mean this is a large space I  think it’s perfect yeah if you don’t want it as a   bedroom it could just be another living area okay  let’s walk into that space you get a really good  

Perspective of the size and the angles I mean this  is super cute it is I like it a lot all right so   then you have this extra space it’s external so  it’s below the main level look at that sink it’s  

Probably an original trough or something I love  it um it’s a laundry room storage room they aren’t   saying it’s another bathroom but it has a sink  it has a bidet and it has a toilet so it doesn’t  

Have a bidet it has a cute bidet take a look at  it let’s walk in from the outside look you have   a porch there as well nice you know let’s go in  there on the right is the cute bidet another one  

A toilet yeah you have a sink you have a shower  you have a washer you have another sink I mean   this place is very interesting yep and on the  other side of those double doors at the end is  

Supposedly storage yeah which is great perfect  okay how do you get there the airport is about   an hour and a half away train is only 12 minutes  away and you have a bus station 24 minutes away  

Yep so we did planes and trains now automobiles  Florence and Rome an hour and 45 minutes Assisi   an hour and a half which is a stunning place it’s  part of the UNESCO world heritage yeah gorgeous   okay before we get into the town thanks again for  joining us we really appreciate it right salute

Salute all right here we go you’re walking around  town look at that tower look at the stone that’s   beautiful I mean again here’s a restaurant with  a view you know what let’s take a drive through  

The middle of town let’s okay I mean this looks  like quintessential Italy if I look at the stone   look at the flowers I love it the flower boxes oh  my goodness the roads the streets look at all the  

Stone look at all the pavers look at the buildings  look at those steps I mean this is I’d like to   walk through here maybe wander with some wine  what’s this what of course beautiful stunning view  

That is gorgeous love okay let’s head up this way  see what we have okay let’s let’s see how far we   can head out of town and see when the town kind of  ends right so here we go it doesn’t seem like it’s  

That big but this makes it feel like it’s a lot  bigger yeah but it’s kind of right in the middle   I think I like it stone building stone building  stone building stone building you know here we  

Go here’s some trees looks cute look at that stone  wall I really like that stone wall I like that you   still get trees and foliage it’s so nice is that  a palm tree there I guess wow okay a park on the  

Left Italian cypress I feel like we’re getting out  of the center of town obviously right uh keep on   going what do we have I mean this is this is this  is a beautiful location it really is so there are  

Multiple restaurants in this town a lot with  amazing reviews which let’s take a look at some   of them this one look at those floors look at the  brick I would sit there at that table right there  

Drink some wine what do you think order some food  yeah yeah yeah and they have a record player we   love vinyl go every once in a while on Wednesdays  we’ll do a winyl Wednesday you know drink a little  

Wine throw on some vinyl pretty cool love it I  don’t know what’s going on at this restaurant   but we have olive oil pomegranate chopped black  olives some sort of cheese cream sauce and some   flower leaf that I know I can eat it’s edible  it looks edible to me drooling okay here’s an  

Example of a cute little spot where you can eat  outside I I mean you know I love that you know   market lights so basic but I just love them okay  here’s another spot I mean look at the bottles of  

Wine into that probably reclaimed wood I love it  okay there’s a piano there I can imagine eating   some food drinking some wine there’s piano music  playing you know I really like that it’s great   another great spot in the restaurant love it looks  like a cute little quiet corner and from there you  

Can look down into their wine cellar which just  looks stunning can I eat down there please I would   like to yeah they can make it an extra special  dining experience yeah it’s too bad they don’t  

Have any pasta here that would be nice if they  had some pasta you know woh there it is homemade   pasta I mean that looks great you don’t want to  keep eating out you got a couple grocery stores  

In town and let’s take a look at one of those  grocery stores right here it is let’s go inside   I mean this is special I’ll tell you why because  in the states the fruits and vegetables don’t  

Even touch the fruits and vegetables in Europe  and Italy I mean they’re so good there and it’s   just look how fresh that looks that’s amazing okay  you’re walking around town you want to pop into a  

Bar there’s one bar in town Bar Toxx I want to go  to Bar Tox I have not been to Bar Tox we have not   been to Bar Tox I think you need to go to Bar Tox  wow it is gorgeous inside the brick and the stone  

Beautiful look at that outdoor seating that’s  there’s the moon yeah I know that’s where I’m   going to find my wife if I don’t know where she  is that’s where she’ll be outdoor dining here’s a   shot from inside you can see the outdoor seating  you can see the brick it’s beautiful I mean yes  

I want to be all over this place uh and look it  seems like it has amazing food that is making me   drool just a little bit right looks like we have a  bloody mary there yeah drink a little bit too much  

Wine the night before go into Bar Tox for a bloody  mary want to elevate your drinking experience   there are two wineries close to town and what we  do on this channel is we find the wineries why   because that’s the name of our channel what is  it Wandering with Wine so apparently they have  

Pinot noir check apparently they have merlot check  I’m not drinking any [bleep] merlot who knows the   quote anyway go ahead and what else do they have  have babe sangiovese oh I’ll give you a kiss for  

That all right take a look at this there’s a wine  cave I’m going to go down there shocker I’m going   to drink some wine I’m going to maybe sleep on  the floor over here until they kick me out but  

Anyway uh I bet the temperature is perfect let’s  talk about temps baby [singing] but yeah I bet you   it’s perfect there and here is a picture of the  winery yeah it looks horrible I won’t go there I  

Guess we can go there yeah all right time for the  fun stuff hour and 15 minutes where’s the beach   where’s the beach it is 1 hour and 43 minutes  away babe all right where’s the golf it doesn’t  

Work but it’s 11 miles away perfect and hiking  is only an hour away not bad at all and hiking   is only an hour away not bad okay need to knows  hospital 24 minutes away doctor 2 minutes away  

Dentist one two there’s your tooth in town in  town tooth in town Pharmacy two in town two in   town veterinarian four four in town Zo and Zo and  Maui okay you live in Italy your family does not  

There’s one post office send them a postcard make  them jealous two schools in town perfect let’s   talk about temps baby how hot we can be and now  humidity yeah seriously pretty good temperatures   there pretty good song there uh under 77° 75°  in the hottest month is pretty good right and  

For everyone in Europe it’s looks like 23° I  think that’s nice yeah Celsius um humidity is   nice I mean you really have a couple months where  it’s 9% of the time it’s muggy otherwise it’s uh   pretty beautiful so not too bad this looks really  nice here yep so mobile and internet Vodaphone  

Had better coverage in the area so they’re the  leader of the pack here 4G plus 4G Tim and Wind   Tre also have options a lot of them have fiber  options for your home and Starlink is available  

All throughout Italy do you need a satellite or a  satellite dish to get Starlink have you seen Four   Christmases that’s what this is about yeah I think  it’s a satellite dish does Amazon deliver does my  

Wife get Amazonesia once in a while I know I  do I’m like what is in this box I don’t know   but anyway in Ficulle 2 to 3 days delivery okay  our checklist for this property AC no fireplace  

Yes beautiful floors yes tile wood ceiling yes  terrace yes view yes view view yes no garage   no yard garden or courtyard right however I don’t  think it matters cuz it’s so beautiful in there um  

You do have a cantina it’s a cantina slash laundry  room slash storage but you know what I think it’s   very flexible and you can do things that you want  to do in there for sure yep no pool property info  

One more time in Ficulle in Umbria $160,000 two  bedroom two bath just under 2000 square feet two   two two so we love this property and we love you  guys thank you so much for joining us we’ll see
