We are back in Umbria the green heart of Italy and  take a look at this property babe I mean this one   is okay so this one is completely remodeled with  a very very keen eye on exquisite detail I mean  

All the way through this property we are kind  of stunned this might be my favorite one so far   wow that’s saying a lot so this is the building  that the property is located in we are so close  

To the city center in this one it is spectacular  yeah look at the stonework look at that view of   the hills I mean this one is special it is if  you want to live in the city center and have a  

Restaurant like this nearby then this may be the  place for you right and I’ll say this as well look   at this golf course I mean this is a nearby golf  course with a castle I mean this is unbelievable  

That looks fake it looks like a magazine cover  or something that is gorgeous so you’re walking   around the city center in Marsciano in Umbria  right and you see this building I mean look   at this quality architecture this is unbelievable  right so are you ready let’s get into it and where  

Is this gorgeous property in the city center in  Umbria in Marsciano look at this town yeah it’s   pretty big actually which means lots of amenities  not too big not too small I think just perfect  

Size right I think so too okay here’s a closeup of  the city center right so right here is where the   property is okay and I’m going to zoom in a little  bit more okay right there is the house you can see  

That you are in the city center but you’re kind  of on the outskirts so you have the best of both   worlds there and I think there’s a pizza place  maybe two buildings over not too shabby property   info for this one again in Marsciano in Umbria  $160,000 four bedroom three bath 1,400 square  

Feet 19,000 residents which means you have plenty  to do so here are a couple of pics of the outside   front entrance right you can see that little grate  right there what is that babe I’m guessing it’s a  

Well it’s a well ah it’s a well it’s a well you’re  right um and or a dungeon it it could be both this   is a me-medieval town so yeah a well could be a  dungeon check it out on the internet okay here we  

Go so there’s the front door let’s go through that  front door boom look at that wow that is beautiful   it really is I love the floors and the ceilings  and this is the foyer this is just the foyer this  

Is an expendable room this isn’t the living room  this isn’t an office this isn’t a study this isn’t   a library this isn’t the kitchen this isn’t a  bedroom this is just um you know a foyer area  

It’s so pretty and look at the doors there the  other double doors drooling okay here is another   view in the foyer look at the front doors go  through the arches and you are in this beautiful  

Living area woah the ceilings yeah that looks  cute and cozy it does I would sit on the beige   chair and drink my wine salute salute so here’s  another shot of that living space and you can see  

Go up two steps down that hallway and you have a  full bathroom with a cute bidet that really is a   cute bidet you know why because it’s next to the  heater so what I’m doing whatever I’m doing over  

There I want to be warm cuz I probably won’t have  clothes on [laughter] anyway uh I really like it   I really like it okay Shenanigans this one is for  you we are introducing the cuteness score for the  

Bidet so what is it 1 out of 10 well is that what  we’re doing 1 out of 10 yeah let’s do 1 out of 10   I would say that it’s new fresh and clean in there  so it’s going to raise the score a little bit um  

It doesn’t have a beam above it but it’s next to  a heater so I’m gonna give it I’m gonna give it a   7 out of 10 okay fair enough fair enough I might  do a 6 but yeah we’re good okay we’re good good  

Start okay so as you’re exiting the bathroom you  see we’re in the living room you see those stairs   over there to the right go up those stairs  and you are in the kitchen one of the things  

I really like about this home is the floors are  consistent throughout I love the fireplace in the   kitchen the barrel vault ceilings that we would  personally probably expose the beams are pretty   the one thing though where I think the house could  use improvements is the actual kitchen itself the  

Appliances are nice but I’d probably change the  backsplash the cabinets reconfigure a little bit   but it’s usable for sure you can make this work  yeah and you know there’s a lot of space in there  

So there is you could do a lot here you could do  a lot here and it’s a gorgeous space yeah so check   out the picture on the right this is the view when  you exit the kitchen and you see on the bottom  

Right of that picture you see stairs let’s go up  those stairs let’s do it okay yeah these stairs   lead to a bedroom an office and a bathroom let’s  take a look all right and here is the bedroom same   floors throughout again gorgeous ceilings love  there is really big furniture throughout this  

Whole property that’s the one thing I would change  because it’s taking away from the space but this   is a really nice size room actually for sure look  at that yeah that’s a lot of space those beams   are just killer those are my favorite ceilings  the wood beams with the terracotta tiles I love  

It same love it so here is the bathroom on that  level okay look at that it might be the largest   bathtub I’ve ever seen in Italy so far they put  a pool in the bathroom there some laps in there  

Scrub up a little bit whatever I’m doing in there  it’s great if you have kiddos lots of space yeah I   would probably change the tile at one point but  it works it’s clean I like The Shining version  

Of a bath rug it looks like when the elevators  opened and then there’s the rug oh The Shining   the movie I was like the shiny The Shining The  Shining um but anyway besides all of that there  

Are no ghosts in this property I hear I I checked  it out I don’t know it’s a medieval town there’s   no two twins running around doing stuff but uh I  like the bathroom maybe it could be updated but it  

Actually is very new fresh and clean haha there it  is so when you leave this bedroom you see another   doorway and that leads into an office right I  could work from there I mean it looks like the  

Quintessential Italian office on steroids I mean  I could work in there I could work in there with   the view with the stone again I think there’s too  much furniture in here but you can deal with that   reconfigure that’s a great space for an office  or whatever you want actually doesn’t have to be  

An office it could be anything I love it though  yep okay so you go up another level and you have   two bedrooms and another bathroom okay let’s go  up these stairs on the right and we’re in this  

Bedroom I mean look at the wood above the window  I mean that’s throughout the property and we also   understand from the listing too that there’s  travertine surrounding the windows so I mean   you’re talking about marble you’re talking about  beautiful wood I mean this place is out of control  

Obviously it is it’s so pretty and look how thick  the walls are you can see with the windows I   always say I always say cool in the summer warmer  in the winter with that insulation yep absolutely   here’s the other bedroom on that floor plenty  of space again built-in bookshelves it’s a great  

Space plenty of room I like angels above my bed  built into the headboard or whatever that is makes   me feel peaceful or makes me feel bad depending on  if I’m drinking too much wine jeez okay so here is  

A shot of the happy hour tower AKA the terrace  okay right this is a picturesque terrace where   you see rooftops and beautiful hillside outside  of the town I mean this is beautiful it really   is we actually put a message in with the listing  agent to get more pictures of the terrace or get  

Specific dimensions haven’t heard back yet but  if we do we will of course update you all yeah   cuz we think this might be a bad picture and  we think there’s more space than this little   post sounds like there’s more absolutely yep  this property is worthy of showing the outside  

Facade again the natural stone the travertine  surrounding the windows it’s beautiful it’s so   well-kept and maintained I can’t even believe  it actually and then look at the street right   there I mean that’s tile that you’d have in your  house but you’re using that when you’re walking  

Around outside I mean this like seriously it’s  on city water gas heats the home and there is a   parking garage very close by to utilize for this  home okay so thanks again for joining us we have

Rome babe just under 2 hours away okay yes I would  like to live there and Florence is 2 and a half   hours away I love Florence all right let’s drive  through the center of town so this is such a great  

Location look Perugia Rome oh you can get to so  many places from here let’s wander around the town   a little bit I mean it’s a pretty big town but you  sort of have the trees I love that so it’s a nice  

Feel it’s right in the middle it’s right in the  sweet spot okay let’s go down this okay look at   these businesses on the side right you have plenty  of options around here let’s keep going let’s see  

What we get okay there’s a little view over there  if you notice that on the left tons of shops I   mean look at the street look at these buildings  this this town looks super clean and fresh it does  

Me what this look at that building hopefully maybe  but I mean look at this architecture right I know   it’s so pretty okay let’s keep going let’s take  a right over here this is what I would picture  

Walking through the town right this is probably  the path that we would take if we were walking   right we would be wandering with wine probably  look at the roads again the streets are so pretty   I mean everything is perfectly manicured I really  love it mhm and this building over here what’s  

Over here to the right it’s so pretty I mean  it’s beautiful down there maybe we go to the   left a little bit what do we see oh I know what  we’re going to see what’s over here what’s over  

Here okay straight through that walkway is the  property so we just gave you a nice shot of how   to get there give you a good feel for it I mean I  would like to move here I would like to drink some  

Wine and I’m going to walk through these streets  I love it okay this is obviously a walkable town   as well look at that architecture and it really  reminds me of Florence it has a very similar style  

And look and feel and then you’re walking around  town what do you want gelato gelato give me some   gelato what does gelato look like in Italy boom I  mean look at that that gelato it looks like icing  

It does not look like but anyway I want it I just  gained 10 lbs just by looking at that picture I   just gained 10 lbs but it’s worth it yes so after  you have some gelato you want some real food cuz  

You have dessert first in Italy apparently um  there are a ton of restaurants a lot a ton yep   so here’s one of them and this looks like a spot  that I would hang out maybe 75 to 85% of the time  

Because you have the covered area if it’s raining  you have open air I can have wine I can have beer   you have a bar over here and you drink some beer  I mean this looks like something that was made  

For me all right here’s the same restaurant inside  looks like there’s quite a few beers on tap there   looks like a pub actually I like it pizza looks  okay I could try that okay for Italy amazing  

For America but I’ll take a bite you know check  it out yeah okay this is unusual this is like a   charcuterie meat vegetable cheese nut plate but  it’s on this interesting thing with I don’t know  

It’slike a sushi boat but it’s like a I don’t  know it’s like a British ship from the 1600s I   like it I want to eat it’s got a little flag even  yeah another restaurant if I can’t sit outside I  

Want indoor outdoor at the same time perfect I  really wish they had pasta though mhm oh there’s   the pasta there’s the pasta what is that is that  black olive or is that truffle or is that I don’t  

Know dust on the side I want it I want it right  now yep yep okay here’s one more restaurant it   looks ugly ugly [Laughter] it looks beautiful  look at the ceilings those are my favorite   ceilings okay what do they have to eat there oh  is that truffle drool I guess that’s pasta it’s  

Not mini corn with a it’s got to be cuz it’s  someone knows what this pasta is that’s unique   to us let us know but that is definitely truffle  and that looks spectacular I think I can eat it  

Four days a week oh my gosh truffle every day of  the week okay you’ve hit every restaurant in town   you want to eat at home there are tons of grocery  stores you are covered and walking around town to  

Get to the grocery store you get to see this not  too bad and this gorgeous building the hillside I   mean it’s so pretty I think we’re just scratching  the surface too with these pics I think you can  

Explore this town and find unbelievable spots yep  it’s funny on our last video someone said it’s   so interesting what Americans find beautiful I’m  just curious what else besides this I mean there’s   a lot of beautiful things in this world but Italy  is gorgeous what is not beautiful about Italy I’m  

Sure there’s some stuff but these pictures  everything I mean this is stunning this is   stunning I mean we’ve been there it’s gorgeous so  I would just like to know what we’re missing out   on if it’s not Italy I don’t know what it is so as  you’re wandering around the town right and maybe  

You want a drink stop at one of these bars I mean  there’s plenty of bars here to get a drink maybe   hang out with the locals have a conversation work  on your Italian they can work on their English  

Whatever it may be right but if you want to  elevate your drinking you go to a winery elevate   your drinking you elevate it by going to this  winery an authentic chateau in the heart of Umbria   I mean that probably would elevate your drinking  right so because you know what what’s the name of  

Our channel wandering with J no not wandering with  Jaime well that’s what I do um but the rest of you   are Wandering with Wine yep okay the fun stuff to  do skiing just under 2 hours away hiking half an  

Hour away golf 20 minutes away your favorite look  at that golf course we saw the one with the castle   I mean look how perfect that grass is I mean yes  I’d love to play this golf course please beautiful  

Where’s the beach there’s the beach how far is  it Biaggio 2 hours 39 minutes I don’t have my   glasses on shoot okay so can you see that yeah  is it pretty yeah perfect okay time for the need  

To knows hospital 14 minutes away doctor where  the the heck is it there’s multiple doctors and   they’re in town that’s why there’s no measurement  cuz it’s in town okay they’re in town dentist oh   there’s a lot of teeth on that map there’s a  lot of dentists in town you’re good and Jaime  

Has some dental work coming up in a week or two  sorry babe I’m love you too much for that after   the dentist you need a prescription filled plenty  of pharmacies in town and Zoe and Maui we love you  

Uh there are four that’s 3 +1 veterinarians in  town I like it plenty of post offices to send   stuff back to the States yep and schools 1 2 3 4  5 6 whatever it is a lot there’s a lot of schools  

Over there train yourself train other people learn  stuff you’re [Music] obnoxious [Laughter] okay   again big town lots of amenities we have  gas stations we have hair salons we have   clothing stores we have spas we have opticians  we have toy stores probably and car washes and  

One other thing that’s not on the list that you  think they might have what do you think it is go   did I say hardware stores hardware stores let’s  talk about temps baby how hot we can be and now

Humidity yeah that’s a great song I love how you  changed the lyrics is perfect okay let’s take a   look at this so so the hottest month of the year  the temperature is 75° not too bad I like that  

Okay and the humidity is mostly comfortable a  little bit humid and sometimes muggy but you   know we’re not going to tell you where we’re  from but it’s muggy a lot of the time a lot   right so we don’t like it and as per your request  Shenanigans we have Celsius and Lucca once again  

We are sticking with humidity it will now be  a permanent fixture in all of our videos wow   Shenanigan’s got two mentions right two shoutouts  on one video I think that’s a record for us so   good for you Shenanigans okay mobile and internet  Tim is back baby Tim won the race for mobile and

Last week it was 1 to 7 days this week it’s 1  to 3 days I think that’s a huge improvement so   it is it’s big uh yeah you can get what did you  pick here babe an organizer I’m trying to pick  

The stuff that maybe you can’t get in town like  unique stuff because you want to shop local you   want to support the small business but stuff  that you necessarily can’t get in town yeah   that’s what I search on Amazon so next video see  if you can get an Atari 2600 on Amazon delivered  

Yeah oh that’ll be cheap thank you yeah okay  our checklist for this property AC no fireplace   yes beautiful floors yes tile wood ceilings oh  my gosh in abundance gorgeous yeah terrace yes   view on your terrace yes yes there is no garage  there is no yard garden or courtyard however you  

Have the city is your yard garden courtyard okay  right that is your playground it does say cantina   but there is no cantina that was just a little  mistake we made so we decided to leave it we are  

Human we make mistakes yes once in a while not  very often but we try not to but it’s going to   happen there is no pool no except you have that  very large bathtub that maybe two to seven people  

No I would say three people at max could be there  seven kids two adults three adults yeah yeah so no   pool okay the property information for everyone  one more time okay this one is Marsciano in   Umbria right $160,000 it is a four bedroom three  bath property 1,400 square feet right so in the
