Les gens mangent n'importe qu'elle viande sans savoir comment l'animal a vécu. Ils mangent parfois des animaux bien mal traités et malade Cet ours c'est un bel animal et la façon dont il edt cuisiné le prouve. Autrefois nos parents passaient beaucoup de temps pour confectionner les repas et c'était bon, très bon. La cuisine au feu de cheminée dans le chaudron un délice, celle mijotée dans un poêlon siur la cuisinière à charbon aussi et encore meilleure le lendemain une fois réchauffer. Ces goûts beaucoup ne les ont pas connu quel dommage ! Il faut remercier ces cuisiniers pour leur savoir faire et crt animal pour nous offrir un tel festin.
