Collier Restaurant Group has hit the Italian concept out of the park and we are excited to show off what we ordered, and this wonderful new location. here in our home, the GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS!

All right so tonight on WE review you coming to you from the brand new location at Governor’s Crossing should we tell them should we tell them where we going to go Chris Roma table Roma table there’s no way they’re finally open they just opened two days ago oh my

Gosh I cannot wait to go in here we have heard nothing but positive things about this we know a couple other YouTubers that have already come up here so we cannot wait we’re going to go in right now we’re going to go see what they’ve

Got and eat some oh my gosh are you excited Let’s Go Roma table all right now we’ve made it in and I tell you what we have looked over the menu already and thanks to our dear friend Serenity shout out to Serenity if you guys come in make sure you tip her

And take good care of her really well s what up so uh tell me a little bit more we were thinking about for some of the small plates and all what do you think about that you like that bread plate what yes that bread stack is so good yes

It comes it’s like a almost like baby garlic bread and it has like a cot of cheese on it and flemon us which actually makes it a little a little different but it’s actually really good oh yummy yummy yummy and what is do you mind I know you guys just opened so

What’s one of your most popular or maybe what’s one of your most ones that you would recommend um I would probably recommend the proveta I’m a big cheese person it’s got a bunch of cheese and the bread that comes with it it’s amazing um and the meatballs are really

This just check out this place it’s so beautiful inside they do have a full bar sitting up here you got great people like Serenity to help we’ve been greeted by at least two or three people since we’ve walked in as you can see like we

Told you guys at aul and over at the um uh guy fi F’s place you see how they have the kitchen where you can actually see it and you see them cooking the meal so I love having this here right in Seville can’t wait to see the food

Coming out so stay tuned so I am not kidding you we’re at Roma table finally smile on your face R table they just open this past Thursday and today they’ve only been open for two days they did a soft opening yeah two days they’ve only been we’re here on Saturday I think

I I think a few of the other YouTubers might have already come in um I know one of them asked if we could come in the other day but we could not and I’m so sorry that we weren’t able to make it in but we are here now uh it’s only two

Days since they open yes and as I just pained around and looked I mean this place so nice I love the way it’s set up I love the the effects in here like I was saying Christy the way that gu it looks very modern looks very like Vegas

Like well like guier that’s exactly right where you can see the kitchen concept like at the AO that we featured you guys can check out that video and of guyer’s boat where they have the open kitchen you can actually see all inside of them and we’re sitting in this nice

Corner Booth it’s El right by the bar yeah if you guys want to have a full bar here for you here great staff everybody’s been more than cordial to us and here the menu yeah let’s walk them through this so again if you guys go small plates or appetizers they got

Everything from calamari um Serenity shout out again to our server I love when people make suggestions she said that that provoleta is really like the bomb sharp provolone mozzarella ricotta Bretta mixed on with basil um I love it when people do compliment Christy knows uh it’s nice when people actually say

Hey try this or not zucchini parmesan fritas check that out instead of just your regular fries salads what we come to find out is it doesn’t come with uh bread correct and but we ordered a side of it so we could try it yeah sh where

Is that over here you were talking about that so you got the uh no these are pastas let’s go where did you get the bread you were talking oh I’m so sorry you add a loaf I see what she’s saying so you’re adding a loaf of bread to that

On there that’s pretty cool thank awesome thank you and pizzas youve got even cauliflower crust if you want to add the extra sure margarita pepperoni roasted mushroom diola now you know when last time when we were out in Denver once again if you guys want to check out

The videos you might want to look we there was a really cool uh restaurant that was trained in Italy that is in Moab oh and actually no you’re thinking no I was talking about Denver but you’re thinking of the uh the the the uh fire

Now you threw me off what was the name of that it was the pizza place it was the a forma or La Forma Pizza that we did yeah you guys go back and check it out we’re kid you have to go look at the pizzas places and see but uh so pizzas

Entre pastas uh this is what I’m getting christe’s going to go with the meatball lasagna wow and the first thing the lady said if you like uh lasagna it comes with two large meatballs on top of that and Sean is getting this one and I’m

Going to go ahead and go with that cuz I haven’t had Seafood due to Christ’s allergies I rarely get Seafood anymore but you can’t beat that $24 for shrimp scallops Lobster my was on is 18 so not too bad no and one thing I like you guys

If you ever watch this I’m I don’t know if you guys maybe leave a comment if you’re the same way I can’t do a lot of red sauce but she’s really awesome she recommended this cuz it does have the rosa sauce so it’s a mixture of red and

Alfredo at the same time so I’m really looking forward to that and and then they look they do have steaks if you can’t if you don’t want to have pastas and look at that I recognize that in pork chop millanes look at some of the names on there sandwiches look at they

Have U like the parmesan Sandos now I remember when we did the hellofresh once again not putting a shout out but we did a lot of the uh uh hellofresh in every plate and they did have some Sandos these are really good on chabat bread look at that and then look here’s some

Sides oh man like those garlic mashed potatoes or pesto orzo I love that Smoky Mountain made Smoky Mountain made right here in the Great Smoky Mountains and look you can add a side of shrimp for those of you like myself and my brother Pat Uh shout out to Pat if you’re out

There you like that shrimp look at that seven bucks frider sauté and I think if you flip it over they do have uh all their handcrafted cocktails that they have draft beer of course if you guys are into the and here’s a non-alcoholic this is the drinks they serve here

Non-alcoholic like an Italian cream Fizz ooh or a sand pelino sparkling water momy you might like that strawberry lemonade yeah fresh juices but again it’s great right here you have the bar sitting right here in the house and just again look at this place we’ve been here

Now about 10 15 minutes and starting to pick up right before 5:00 it’s right at 4:30 yeah we can’t wait to get some of this food so I’m so excited I love Italian food so can’t wait to share it with you right and so if you do add the $4 uh

Bread bowl or bread bread uh this is what you’ll get of course it’s got it looks like parmesan garlic and butter all over it look at that and looks like it’s really nice either I’m going to ask Serenity cuz I you can tell she’s very very upset and on us I think they

Actually do this on the one side they give you like a little chart effect and all that so we’ll ask her when she comes back out but looks really really good and also Christy and I were talking about the plates here they’re really cool the table cloth I love where I look

Around the place it looks like several of them have upper class and this feels like sand a little like sandpaper but not yeah the plates are really textur is kind of neat very textured I’m about ready to get into that you ready oh yeah so we just cut the bread and look at

That they have is it like uh olive oil it’s garlic butter and it’s in between the bread it’s baked into the bread just two quick questions you hanging off wow look at that this is one of the best loaf of breads I’ve had in a very

Long time it’s well worth it I would highly recommend adding that to any of the meals very very good now we have some garlic butter and I’m telling you now this is so good oh man I’m telling you it is just and it’s got a little bit of and look at that

It’s got like little pepper I think pepper all kinds of stuff in there oh this this is the melted look at all the melted U this is melted wow parmesan cheese that’s on that definitely the money get the bread add the loaf bread for $4 it’s so well worth it pro tip

Tell them to bring it out before the meal before the meal look at that oh yeah that’s that’s what I’m talking about oh my gosh oh the lasagna looks good just look at that there’s the two meatballs she is right look the two big meatballs look all that cheese wow good

Lord look at that oh careful oh o oh that looks so good man Christina man look at yours so all the seafood meat you got Lobster shrimp I mean everything and again this is Rosa so it’s the white and the Alfredo mixed in together which is

Really good so it looks so good you know what I’m going to predict what all I’m going to try it you ready you’re going to love it the last one you had was that alforno uh one at the uh deos in Denver oh wow it’s up there with that oh yeah this is

Very good you guys good lasagna at that oh my gosh all right I’m going all right your turn all right I don’t know where to start because look at that first of all look at the pieces of shrimp look at that oh boy and again if you look at

That I don’t want to mess it up but there’s all sorts of everything in there clam um scallop I think they said Lobster and all that but just look at that all right I’m going in all right I’m going to go straight for the shrimp okay oh wow really good seafood so

Wow look at that all kinds of different uh Seafood Meats correct wow two thumbs up it’s got a um I’m trying to my Lord as you bite into it the flavor just explodes oh yumy it’s got a very if you guys have ever eaten chili and you put crackers and

Parmesan on it it almost hits you like and they put it’s like a seafood chili almost well in a way I would say it is it almost reminds me of a chili but they put like a it’s I’m trying to I’m not have to ask her but it’s a real crunchy

Yeah like like parmes almost like you put crackers in a chili I mean that’s the way the taste tastes on there but man it’s so good it looks great I’m telling you I am very happy shout out to sereni for suggestions yes so my lasagna

Is out of this world all right you know why they put the spoon in here for you don’t they oh watch this watch this you ready for this look at this y watch this you roll it up have you guys ever done that Oh uh-huh good stuff man that looks good I ask H but you were on the phone how’s your food how was it I’m almost done almost done I don’t want I don’t want to eat the last it’s over I know it’s so good for another Bowl really

Good so good I hope they don’t change and I when restaurants open and then they back mhm now we are talking about oh no takeout required no take out tonight I am telling you that was probably one of the best meals I’ve had in I don’t know how long a just a good

Meal and yours you got a little meatball left I pretty much ate all mine you did good I would definitely say if I had more than two thumbs i’ give him so four thumbs two with you and two with me on this place tot super yummy good food

This is we were impressed all right so just again this is the 1503 Parkway Severa location now a lot of people get confused this is a Pigeon Forge but it’s on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge heading if you’re going into Smoky Mountain Knife Works uh maybe you’re going to head out that way

Towards 40 this would be out right when you’re going towards the Texas Roadhouse NASCAR yeah Nascar Speed Park Tang yep but this is the New Roma table this is really cool uh they have this pretty cool little thing I’ve seen here where you view the check and pay now scan a

Camera uh with your phone camera I should say to pay once again shout out to our server Serenity we had two waters the lasagna the seafood uh buan a side a loaf of bread which again we’re going to tell you if you guys don’t get that you might as well just go

Ahead and go on back home it’s well worth it it’s worth of $4 yeah but 51 uh 41 was the total for everything and it was so well worth and we ate every last drop no tog go boxes to none required you did very good you did very good by
