I see a lot of people say to just let the pasta dry and clean it out with a rough brush and a rag, but there is an area of the roller that can not be reached that collects pasta? How do you get to that? I’m so confused? (Posted a pic of where someone removed the guard of their pasta roller and there was all this gunk under there.)
