Ways actually I wanted to call this dish uncle Guido’s Italian beef but my sister said we don’t have it Uncle Guido that would be wrong I know we don’t have an uncle Guido I just thought it was a cool name but as always she got her way well enough of that let’s Cook He N That’s our family’s Italian beef two ways we recommend the nice red wine with this one lakid Southern red is a favorite of ours or a zesty lemon drop martini but whatever you decide we hope you enjoy both of these Italian dishes and you know what they say the trouble
