This happened to me a couple months ago. Your only option is to take the whole thing apart and put it back together. Itās not fun, but you should be able to use it again.

If you take the screws on the side out, you should be able to loosen the rollers and rescue the blade. You can source new rollers from Marcato if yours were damaged.
