Wonderful free stellplatz in the quaint German wine producing town of Weinsberg

I do this by regularly attending trade events such as CMT Stuttgart, Abenteuer und Allrad, Caravan Salon Dusseldorf, Warsaw Caravan and Camping Show and sometimes others.

I cover equipment, including 12v electrical equipment and talk a lot about lithium batteries.

I also show some of the places I have visited in Europe in my own motorhome, as well as the places you can stay at! Hello today I want to show you what I think is a really outstanding style plot in weinsberg which is about 10 kilometers to the west of heilbron in barnenburg Germany uh here we have got place for a number of vehicles there’s mine but as I come up here for example

You can see there’s other vans in fact they shouldn’t actually be on the right hand side because the right hand side is for cars but then again as cars have been parking here actually there’s none now when I start the film but as cars are parking in the uh motorhome part

That is to be understood that modems end up in the car part anyway up there we’ve got the s-bahn station can’t quite make it out well actually I can behind the word is between the trees uh so if you wanted to travel by espan anywhere don’t know why because there’s sort of good

Places to park everywhere but if you did then the station’s nearby what does having a station nearby me it means that there’s up the top here there’s a railway line and I know it’s in park for a night but somebody actually complained about the uh the noise from the trains

It’s hardly ever I mean it didn’t bother me at all then again it’s not fair for me to blame um uh other people for saying something which you know it doesn’t bother me but it might well blame others so uh anyway uh here we have got um the electric points and uh

If I’ll put down the cost because I can’t remember what it was off the top of my head I think it’s 50 cents but kilowatt I can’t remember uh and uh more motorhomes and there we have a dump and the water supply should you should you actually need I think it’s it’s normally

One Euro for either 50 or 80 liters something along those lines now when I came here uh there was somebody just have a little bit of a moan here there was somebody here parked a van in uh not in a width-wise Direction but in that lengthwise along along there taking up

Three bases so initial not only that was a big gap year of a couple of meters or maybe two and a half meters and not enough to get a vehicle in then there was the van and then uh uh and then that steps leading into the van from the rear

End that’s also just the sort of thing that winds me up people taking too much space up uh more space than they actually need to anyway I had to get that one out but um don’t spoil the general atmosphere because if I now bring you down here you’ll see why

Above all that I think this is an absolutely fabulous place to come to so we’ve got this wonderful um Estelle plant with internet I might put a point out as well thrown in I then come down here and show you the high point of the visit because I mean you might have a

Wonderful stealth and then be in a sort of a place where nobody would want to go to and uh so if I come around here and show you this this is just a sample of what this place has got to offer and because this is a wonderful

Um Old Town small town and up there we have these these castle ruins and I’ve done oh sorry I’ve written the notes for a video on my history site I’ll leave a link to it below about a Siege what this meant in historically but 21st December uh 1100 and

40. there was a Siege and on that day the procedures said that the women could leave carrying anything anything a good County that could take with them but uh the men had the men had to say and what they did was They Carried their men folk down the

Hill and thus saved their lives anyway that’s the story I personally as a historian I don’t believe it I think there’s something else behind it but what that happens to be at the present time I don’t actually know but anyway uh this uh became a symbol for the Nazi

Regime and obviously the 800th anniversary would have happened in 1940 and um anyway it was worn by then so I didn’t get to get celebrated but the National Socialist women’s organization wanted to create its Center here in vinesburg because of the significance of this event the sacrifice the what these women
