This has got to be my favorite non-traditional way to use ramen noodles so this is basically carbonara but made with instant ramen noodles and ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen like right now separate the nudes from the sauce or seasoning packet then just cook the
Noodles like you would normally chill them down then get working on your bacon I actually like to throw my bacon in the freezer for about 30 minutes before slicing it just to make it a little easier all right let’s make the sauce mix an egg and egg yolk some Parmesan
Cheese a little bit of parsley salt and pepper in a bowl whisk that all up then add in your Ramen packet I have a little bit of sauce but you know if you have the seasoning pack that’ll work too next Sizzle up your little bacon bits add in
That garlic then cut the heat and stir in the sauce it’s important to let the bacon mixture cool down a little bit so that you don’t curdle and cook your eggs we want gooey not scrambled all right Doug you’re up next how would you modify your instant ramen noodles m
