Are there specific brands you recommend for the protein bars and powders?
I’m fond of toasted potato waffles (from the freezer) with three eggs scrabbled with a little salt and butter. Not sure if processed waffles are good for me though!
Do you have recipes?
Oatmeal in the fall/winter; smoothies in the spring/summer. As an ethical vegan I really appreciate you mentioning non-dairy milks and yogurts. They're delicious. It is easy to follow Med eating as a vegan.
We eat home made yogurt with cinnamon, blue berries, and home made granola with extra walnuts added quite often. I also love eggs, especially in a veggie packed frittata ! Steel cut oats with peanut butter and a little yogurt and sometimes fruit.
Oatmeal, 2 eggs (1 whole 1 white), low-sodium vegetable juice, tea.
