In this short segment we explore, via drone, the magnificent town of Montefioralle in the Tuscan countryside near our Italian Villa. This is in the Chianti Classico region just outside of Florence. Montefioralle has only 55 permanent residents and is said to be the birth place of Amerigo Vespucci, Columbus’ navigator during his discovery of the Americas. Experiencing this charming town is ample reward for the 20 minute hike, but you’ll want to stay for a glass of wine or a bite to eat.
