This is Day 4 of a 22-day cruise on the Enchanted Princess. Princess considers these two different 11-day back-to-back cruises. We were cancelled into Livorno and then tried to get into La Spezia. The storm kicks us back to sea, and we enjoy an unexpected sea day. Join us for a progressive dinner and a show in the evening.
This is the 4th video that contains a letter for Journey to the Secret Word. For each of the 11 days onboard the ship, we will hide a letter, find all 11 and form a three-word cruise-related phrase. We do the Progressive Dinner a lot! We like to start in that Vista lounge, then up to the Concierge lounge for Happy Hour, then to MDR for dinner or sometimes just dessert. Then off to Crooners and finish off at Take 5 for jazz. Cheers! Hopefully you find Crown Royal soon…
You both are very relaxed and comfortable n front of a camera. Did you have prior experience in public speaking? Luv your vlogs–do you do "group" cruises and if so, how do I get the information??? Dick
The progressive dinner was such a great idea! I've never though of doing that. Definitely doing so on our upcoming cruise to Hawaii in January!
Years ago, the bands on most ships were made up of guys from Poland, they didn't speak English, but the bands were very good

We were on the Enchanted back in August but only did the Rome – Barcelona legs of the voyage. Beautiful ship!
I saw a bunch of people who were affected by the same storm on the Princess groups. That's a bummer you missed Florence, but at least you've been before, right?

I've never heard of progressive dining. Great idea! Burn off some calories between sittings.
We absolutely loved this cruise. We saw so many things we've never experienced before and walked our feet off in the process. Fabulous itinerary, we so want to do it again. 😊

Congratulations to Mrs. Canuck. If in Europe it is generally good manners to eat Pizza with knife and fork. Only general variance is if you buy a slice but one still sits down. So well done Mrs. Canuck.
Also in many cases burger type meals not the greasy type filled with everything, are also eaten with a knife and fork.
Sorry about ports missed. However as is well known that the bigger the ship the more issues with docking as in strong winds is like a large sail.
Yes, sea looked rough. However, we went thru a major North Atlantic storm off Greenland and Faroe Islands. No ports available. Waves occasionally going over bow as ship ploughed through them. Amazing time. Ooh the boat was just on 50,000 tons. Handled it well. Some years ago a large cruise vessel sailing to Japan from Alaska was crossing the Bering Sea and was over 80000 tons and had many windows high up on the front by a rogue wave.
Actually I go onto balcony watching the waves and take photos of bow going thru waves. Amazing moments.
Sorry about the missed ports. La Spezia is great port as it is so close to Cinque Terre. Amazing but Portifino(Cinque Terre) and Livorno were smashed by the storm.

Sorry to do a random question on a video, but I feel like I watched a video ya'll did on a Miami hotel and can't find it. Am I just remembering wrong?
We did a progressive dinner once but we lost count of what course we were up to!! Due to having a couple of drinks with each course. The last course was M&Ms in our cabin. Love your videos.

We love the idea of the progressive dinner, we will try it on our next cruise, we only have to wait 513 days 😂😂. The high waves were amazing, i loved it on our first cruisetrip, could not stop watching it on our balcony. Thanks again for sharing the vlog. Everybody…have a great cruise life!
