2 bathrooms without any windows not acceptable
So it’s 80k and people are complaining about the price…Again….what do people expect for 80k?! I honestly really want to know! Do you guys honestly want a custom house done to your exact specifications for less than 100k?! You can’t expect an existing house to be done to your exact needs and specifications. You have to either be OK with doing work or with someone else’s design decisions. Someone seriously complained about not having windows in the bathrooms. Windows in the freaking bathrooms! That’s insane!!!!!. Again, I just don’t understand what you guys want for this price?! It’s maddening!

Wow wow wow. I'm not a city person but this I would live in this in a heartbeat. The renovation has been done perfectly. So nice that they left enough original bits to remind you of it's history. Would have so much fun hunting down the perfect pieces to make this my home.
The village certainly looks bigger than the 1200 souls Wikipedia credits it for.
Built like the Flatiron building. So strange how efficient the Italians are with where they site homes and how fully the lots in town are filled. The kitchen could hold dining easily. The lounge on the main floor is plenty big enough if the street noise doesn’t get in the way.

Would be a real steal if the kitchen was fitted. And personally I would rather much prefer to be on the upstairs apartment.

Yes! This is a great one! A + price! Good size for a small family or singleton. Plus so much of it is clean &new, but still has that wonderful old world charm! And, last but not least- NO SPOOKY CANTINA 👻

NICE! Even though it's officially a 1 bedroom, you could probably slide a twin over full bunkbed in the 'computer room' for guests, and could always put a sofa-bed in the living room (can you tell I'm mentally preparing for grandkids? Ha!) And that half-bath off the lounge ALWAYS makes all the difference….

Nice! Turnkey historic renovation with modern amenities including solar. Located in one of my favorite communities that you've shown. Nice that it's on the ground floor. There's a local train station. That's a huge plus for people who don't want to worry about a car. Love it! Great price, too! 🙋♀💜
80k? Try and buy a wreck of a place and renovate it to that quality for 80k. It is not my tripe of property personally but , easily worth 80k
