Ive only ever thought to use boiled potato and egg as the key binder to make veg fritters (or cutlets) ..this flour, egg and milk version to tie it all up sounds soooooo much more easier!! I cant wait to use it and switch up the veggies ❤❤❤

Der Typ hat einfach keine Ahnung von dem was er redet. Nur durch seine Überheblichkeit ist er bekannt geworden – weil er gerne andere Menschen beleidigt und fertigt macht. Seine Küche ist absolut durchschnittlich. In Deutschland würde er keinen viertel Stern bekommen. Aber ich hab bei einem pöbelnden Briten auch nichts anderes erwartet. Die haben nicht mal eine eigene Küche außer Pommes und Fisch – was in jedem andrem Lang an der Küste besser ist.
Sérieux tu dois mettre du garlic même dans tes desserts ridicule de mettre du garlic dans tout les recettes quand on sait que le garlic tue le gout!!!!!
And for those corn fritters if you really want them to taste good and not terrible, get rid of the coriander because coriander is awful and should never be used in any dish ever.

I love gordon and trust him but without having tried it that first recipe seems like a little too much ginger and fish sauce. I eat thai food all the time and cook it ocassionally and those are definitely two ingredients you use very lightly haha

Toast your bread first , then rub with garlic clove and drizzle wth olive oil.
You'll get a much stronger garlic flavoured bread
