I had my first trip to Disneyland last week and (more importantly) my first Disneyland Corn Dog. It. Was. MAGNIFICENT! Best corn dog ever! We had one of the Nathan's corn dogs at Universal a day later, and there was no comparison. The Unviersal dog was super greasy and oily. Corn Dog Castle for the win!

"Caprese" simply means "from Capri," an island off the west coast of Italy. So, Torta Caprese would mean "cake from Capri ." It would be like saying New York hot dog, or Chicago-style pizza.
