Solid Ground Pinot Noir – 2021
This Pinot a wonderful representation of California terroir. Lots of flowery tones, cherry, raspberry, and faint blackberry undertones make the nose pop. Negrar Amarone Classico DOCG – 2020
This winery has been amazing us with it’s delicious bottles for over 85 years. This an absolute expression of the elegance and structure of the terroir of the classic zone of Valpolicella. Produced exclusively with grapes from this historic region, the vineyards have an average age of more than 20 years and are still dried to this day with Veneto’s traditional method of hanging in the pergola. Drying the grapes gives it depth and density. Aromas and flavours of coffee, toast, nuts, spice and dried figs lead to a concentrated medium-bodied palate and smooth finish. Great with so many of your richer, meatier holiday nibbles, strong cheeses, dark chocolate and the main course of any umami rich, robust dinner!

I've had the Eradus and I do recommend. The Ripasso has me curious – the price IS insane and I am getting one for tasting and more later if it's a wine win.
